2 1/2 blocks from the main entrance of Notre Dame, this is the ultimate game day stay. Open for select games we aren't using the home, JPW and Graduation. Renovated for rental starting in 2022. Owned by a Notre Dame family and designed specifically for the Irish fan. ☘️

3 bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen) and 2 double Murphy beds in the living room, all with brand new, high end mattresses. Comfortably sleeping 10. Each bedroom has its own attached full bath. Two baths are shower only, third bath is shower/tub combo. Each bath with shower gel, hair care products and hair dryers. All linens and towels provided.

HUGE kitchen (23x15) with large island, 2 beverage refrigerators in addition to the main refrigerator, providing tons of space for food and beverages. Large screen TV in the kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen. This kitchen was designed for an Irish tailgate☘️

Living room/dining room combo (30x20) with large screen TV, large sectional sofa, gas fireplace, reading nook. Large dining table extending to accommodate 10. High speed internet / Wi-Fi/Cable TV.

Screened in porch. Patio with table, folding chairs and gas grill. Private fenced in yard. Corn Hole games, folding nylon chairs and cooler provided. Two car attached garage with parking for an additional 4 cars in the driveway as well as street parking. (6 spots total, plus street)

Washer/dryer and iron/ironing board.

LOCATION just can't be beat for an easy walk to the University, Eddy St. or downtown South Bend. A ranch, so no stairs. Walk back from the game and have your after game tailgate ready before everyone else is even out of the parking lot! Our goal is to provide what we love as amenities when traveling and provide outstanding Irish hospitality. We hope you love our home away from home, near the Dome, as much as we do. Go Irish!☘️

- 50% refund if reservation canceled before 60 days of check-in date

- No refund if reservation is canceled within 60 days of check-in date

- If reservation is within 60 days of check-in date, full payment is due at booking.

- Check in time: 4:00pm EST Check out time: 12pm EST (Extremely flexible, just ask for different times).

- Additional nights may be added for additional charge.

- 2 night minimum stay, with the exception of concerts. These events are a one night minimum stay.
