Cottage irlandese di Notre Dame

Vicino a Notre Dame! Meno di 1 miglio allo stadio! Non devi pagare per il parcheggio il giorno del gioco. La casa è fantastica per alcune coppie che frequentano una partita o qualcuno che porta la loro famiglia. Ci sono 2 camere da letto al 1 ° piano, 1 camera da letto al piano superiore e un seminterrato finito con un comodo divano. Abbiamo anche un materasso ad aria. Il cortile è l'ideale per piccole riunioni o semplicemente per rilassarsi.

La casa si trova su una serratura elettronica e sono disponibile per telefono se hai bisogno di qualcosa.

Mio marito è un ex-alunni e nostra figlia frequenta ND. Abbiamo deciso di trovare un posto in modo da poter venire spesso e condividere il nostro posto con altri a cui piace fare lo stesso. Possiamo aiutarvi a trovare ciò di cui avete bisogno grazie alla nostra familiarità con l'area.

Ci sono 3 grandi TV (65 pollici nel seminterrato, 50 nella zona giorno e 40 in una delle camere da letto). Quello nel soggiorno ha Xfinity TV. Gli altri 2 possono connettersi a qualsiasi servizio Internet.

La casa è nuova su Airbnb, quindi apprezzeremmo il tuo contributo su ciò che ritieni possa essere necessario. Intendiamo continuare ad aggiungere (è in corso il secondo bagno per la stagione calcistica 2020).

Great Football weekend house

Everything about the house was exactly as presented. Clean, modern comfortable. 4 bedrooms plus mat in basement for extra sleeping. Easy walk to the ND campus. The owner was great to communicate with. I highly recommend the house and will reach out to rent it again on our next visit to Notre Dame.

Excellent visit

We had such a wonderful weekend with our group...that included 3 elderly grandparents. The upstairs and basement were a little challenging for the one taller adult...but the house was perfect, in a perfect location, with a perfect hostess. I wish that we had found this house four years earlier!!

Football weekend

Great spot and location to walk to game. Host super easy to communicate with and all in would rent again for sure. Only downside was that the Irish took it to the Tigers

Notre Dame game stay

Booked way in advance of our team playing Notre Dame and had four couples stay. Renting was straight forward and easy. Host had some drinks, snacks and coffee with creamers for the morning. Easy, flat walk to campus. Quiet neighborhood. Worked out great. Would recommend to others coming for anything on campus.

Great House

Perfect stay for a long awaited weekend to see Billy Joel. House is a great location for walking to ND. Exceptionally clean house. Well equipped. All the comforts of home. Safe neighborhood. Overall great weekend. Only thing I would add is it’s a Keurig Coffee maker, some pods were provided which was nice but if your a particular coffee person take note. Also could use a larger frying pan, hard to make bacon and eggs for 8 with 1 small frying pan.

SJ’s ND Graduation 2020, in 2022

This home was absolutely lovely. It was very comfortable and cozy. Super convenient to ND. We were all impressed with all the attention to detail Mindy has given this home, we had everything we needed at our fingertips. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows. Especially, loved that it was prestocked with some coffee, snacks and beverages to get you started. The enclosed front porch was a great bonus space to relax, as well as leave your shoes, instead taking up floor space inside the front door. We were also thrilled we were able to bring our dog. She loved walking the neighborhood, and perusing the backyard! Great place and super clean!

Perfect for visiting with your kids at ND

Owner is extremely responsive and so helpful; coffee and snacks were a sweet touch. Enjoyed the weekend with our son over Easter weekend, grilled out, and enjoyed family time. We were two couples, daughter and son in law, stayed in basement, and our son in the loft area, we were in first floor. When we read reviews, someone posted that this is exactly as listed, and I agree. Clean, near campus, and lovely. And the host is extremely responsive and kind.

Great Location and House!

We stayed visiting my son who attends Notre Dame. The house was perfect for our group. It allowed us all to stay together with multiple hotel rooms. The house was exactly as advertised. It was a breeze to get in and check out. It is a great property and the host Mindy contacted us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Great place

This place is great. Everything we needed. Spacious enough for our family. Quiet neighborhood and Mindy is always available. Close to campus and 5 minute drive to my sons house in SouthBend. This is our third time staying here. We love it!!

Perfect stay for game weekend!

This was the perfect place to stay for an ND game weekend! The house is walkable for both Eddy St and Campus. It was well-furnished, very clean, and comfortable for our group of 8! The hosts were communicative and accommodating throughout the process. We were especially appreciative of the Keurig and coffee pods that were provided. Beds were all very comfortable as well. Highly recommend.

Nice stay for Game weekend.

I stayed with friends to attend a home game. House is in a quite neighborhood and walking distance to campus (hockey arena side). Home was clean and comfortable and we would stay again. Owner answered emails within an hour each time I asked any questions.

Wedding house

Thanks for a great place to stay and use as home base for the week. As out of town people trying to coordinate a wedding, the location served us very well! Very clean and enough bedrooms and bathrooms to make our stay comfortable. We found the location very central or close enough to quickly get where we need to go. Thanks again!

Great place to rent

Rented this for my husband’s graduation from ND. Perfect location for us. We walked to ND every day we were there. It was over a mile but doable for us (10, 17, 23, 40+ .) The home is as pictured. There are stairs involved to enter the home but my in-laws (70’s) were able to enter without much difficulty. Plenty of towels and kids lived hang out downstairs. Host was great! Would rent again.
