“The house is quite run down with peeling paint inside & out. The 1st floor reeks of dog which wafts up to the 2nd floor guest rooms as well. Our view was of a commercial rooftop & alley with dumpsters. The owners act as valets, jockeying the four guests’ cars in a one lane driveway which doesn’t fit four cars so the last one in line is parked across the sidewalk; our car was left unlocked overnight both nights of our stay. I can’t really speak to the second morning’s breakfast as the 1st was...

“An absolutely charming property with an artsy vibe, steps away from the Denver Art Museum complex and across the street from a converted school featuring a cafe, beer garden and small shops. The room was comfy, clean and fun. The absolute abundance of dishes for such a small space was comical, but the microwave/fridge set up was nice to have. Pretty good pod coffee too. Don't miss out on the bottom floor with an atmospheric small table area great for eating take out, and a large conference room...

“The Mansion is a wonderful place to stay in if you spend some days in Denver. We enjoyed the city and we enjoyed sleeping there. The position is perfect for visiting Denver on foot. The structure is unique for its rooms, each one furnished with a very nice taste and very clean. We enjoyed very much the chats we had with Carl and Bailey, they are both super nice people and gave us a lot of good suggestions for our trip. “Extremely rude staff. Not helpful, nasty attitudes. Especially the manager.”

“The place was better than expected. Stayed in a comfort double. Room was clean, private bathroom was nice. I wish they had black out curtains for the 5am Denver sun. There larger rooms could use a little mini fridge for keeping drinks and leftovers cool. Besides that I would recommend this to anyone.”

“Enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Will say that the only negative was a lack of insulation from room to hallway. Could hear other guest when talking in the hall. But that only occurred for about an hour at 10 to 11.”

“Staff member checking us in after 7 PM did not greet us verbally, went straight to the keyboard and spoke only to ask for ID & credit card and to say 'you're set' as she handed us our room keys. The breakfast room attendant was a delight and was very diligent in managing the breakfast room.”

“This hotel is so cool. Such a different experience than you get with other places. We stayed in the love loft and it was wonderful. The parking was easy (and free!) and the surrounding neighborhood felt safe. My only complaints are that it was a little warm inside, the ice machine in the lounge never had ice, and the bathroom door was kind of hard to maneuver. Other than that, it was an absolutely perfect stay. I will definitely stay here in the future.”
