“Wonderful stay at the Hyatt Canberra. The lobby and interiors are lovely with a classic 'high end' ambience and the staff very friendly and helpful. The edwardian style bathroom in our king room was magnificent! One of the best hotel bathrooms I've ever had. If I have one quibble, it was the very small tea cups and minimal tea bags in the room. ”

“I was told I there were 2 double beds in our room when I phone before I booked. On arrival there was a a king bed & a roll away bed which they set up while we were having dinner. Other that that everything else was sensational. ”

“Great little apartment with laundry on a quiet street a small block from all the Kingston shops (including Silo bakery!). The property tries really hard giving free chips & water bottles. I'll stay there again.”

“Hotel distante dal centro. E' necessario un pullman per raggiungerlo , ma a 10 minuti a piedi dal Parlamento. Struttura ben arredata ma che lascia molto a desiderare per quanto riguarda pulizia; abbiamo dovuto chiamare housekeeping per togliere la polvere nella stanza sopra i quadri e sopra le lampadine delle abat-jour dove c'era uno strato di polvere che non veniva tolto forse da mesi, l'abbiamo fatto notare alla reception. “Loved the access to the gym, but not all gym areas were available. My partner is an athlete and was prepping for a competition and needed a quiet space to yoga, but the yoga space in the gym was unavailable to be accessed or used; despite the facility not being booked by a personal trainer. The gym/spa staff were not helpful towards the request to use this part of the gym facility from a hotel guest, notwithstanding that the hotel promotes access to the gym.
