“Barely any ammenities in the rooms. No signage for water (or any items) in the mini bar and then told we’d need to pay at check out. No instructions in the room at all. Bathrooms are dirty, carpets were not vacuumed. There was a lot of noise during the middle of the night from the floor above and in the early morning (8am) from housekeepers banging and making lots of noise. “Hotel distante dal centro. E' necessario un pullman per raggiungerlo , ma a 10 minuti a piedi dal Parlamento. Struttura ben arredata ma che lascia molto a desiderare per quanto riguarda pulizia; abbiamo dovuto chiamare housekeeping per togliere la polvere nella stanza sopra i quadri e sopra le lampadine delle abat-jour dove c'era uno strato di polvere che non veniva tolto forse da mesi, l'abbiamo fatto notare alla reception. “Huge, clean apartment. Very quiet and walkable to dinner and cafes. ”

“While it is a bit worn out the bed was very comfortable, the aircon worked well (it was humid for Canberra) Staff were thoughtful and kind and the shower was great.”
