“We originally had been allocated a disabled access room, but upon request, we were then moved to a beautiful suite for the remaining two nights of our three night stay as there was no other option for all three nights. The suite was lovely - everything was immaculate. Special mention to Alex and Kylie for sorting out the room swap.
