“Staff was great, room was clean. Our bed was very uncomfortable and the spa did not have any amenities aside from a steam room that was not temperature regulated. Jacuzzi was very small for a resort and over crowded.”

“Disappointed in our stay. Room smelled damp because poor circulation. TV didn’t work, they sent someone out but it only worked for a short time. Which was crappy because we wanted to watch World Cup soccer. I booked through Expedia and didn’t realize there would be an additional $25 a night resort fee and $36 a night parking. We will not be back!”

“Our stay was awesome! We reserved the King/Bunk room and were pleasantly surprised to discover that each area of the room(actually two rooms) had their own bathrooms. This made time after the pool and beach efficient since we could all get ready at the same time for our next activity. Breakfast options were plenty! There was something for everyone. Eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt…you name it. The pool was heated, clean and a plus for clean bathrooms close by. Upon checking out the hotel manager...

“From check in to check out our stay was perfect. We enjoyed the walk to the beach and then in the evening we enjoyed the pool area. Dinner was also amazing. Best food and great customer service make your vacation enjoyable.”

“The unit was very big and beds were very comfortable. Parking was a challenge but front and back parking was convenient. there’s always parking on the street even though you don’t want leave your car full of stuff on the street. the train was a daily noise-since it is across the street. Other than that pretty quiet area. Very close to several beaches. Moonlight Beach and Ponto.All in all good place to stay.”

“The buffet breakfast was good; however there was no restaurant on the property. Parking was great. The pool & hot tub did not look inviting at all.”

“Check in staff was not very warm and welcoming. My room did not have a view as described . Obstructed view of an overgrown tree . Room door was broke and door lock Was jammed. Was like pulling to get a room change .”

“Utterly disgusted by the front desk here. They will Straight up lie to your faces. The air conditioning shuts off in the middle of the night because it's on a sensor, leaving you randomly hot and sweaty, it's also INCREDIBLY loud. Do not recommend.”
