“Hotel scadente, camera con orribile odore di muffa e molto sporca. Le lenzuola erano piene di macchie, nel copriletto ho trovato una bistina di the. Nella macchina del caffè c’era una cialda sporca. Non aggiungo altro. Sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel non negli standard di BW”

“Great stay! We were upgraded to a suite type room which was spacious, clean and comfortable! The staff were friendly and quick to check us in. Breakfast was cheerfully served by the sweetest young lady. We ate on the balcony. Everything was great! We recommend this hotel!”

“I wish I could give more than 3 stars to this property because I do think the staff are doing the best they can. The beds were clean, the breakfast buffet was well stocked, and anytime we needed help the staff were great. The hotel needs quite a few upgrades: -the pool “waterpark” doesn’t have a functioning hot tub or slide, it’s just a pool (although it’s very warm which we loved). -the furniture in the game area needs replaced as well as others around the hotel. “Most of a night without hot water, yet the hotel doesnt use it's texting system to relate repair progress. They just let people call and visit the poor front desk person. Not a good use of hotel accessories nor personnel. I hope they treated the repair crew well--not many would stay in a cold water hotel. The threadbare gym towels show less use than poor laundering. Strike 2 for management practices. Not having hot water for tea, along side the coffee service area didn't bother me, a confirmed...

“This by far was the best hotel we've stayed at in a long time. Everything was wonderful! The double king suite was roomy and had a lot of seating options. The bathroom was clean and excellent shower! The breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices. You could tell that the staff took a lot of pride in their facility.”

“The carpets were nice, new and clean in our room as were the floors in the kitchen and bathroom in our room. The king size bed was quite comfortable.The furniture looks like it came from the last day of a yard sale; old, scratched, cracked and dented. The couch was filthy, sticky to the touch, and and the naugahyde cushions on it were peeling in long strips.
