Beautiful 3 bedroom Cape with spacious deck and hot tub

Lovely modern 3 bedroom home, located on a quiet cul-de-sac is the perfect place for a family vacation. Hop on the bike trail located .8 miles from our home or visit one of several beaches located in Chatham. Forest Beach is 1.7 miles away. Beautiful Chatham Center is just an 8 minute drive away where you can find many amazing restaurants, shops, and galleries.

The space

As you enter the front door, you will be met with a fully renovated kitchen with large island, granite counters, two ovens, gas stove top range - kitchen area opens to dining area. Off of the dining area is the first floor master bedroom with new king size bed and full bathroom. Spacious living room with couch, love seat, two chairs, and a gas stove is just off the dining area. Also on the first floor is a half bathroom with washer & dryer. The large outdoor deck is accessible just off the kitchen/dining area and includes dining table & chairs, separate seating area, and hot tub. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is also available.
The outdoor space has beautiful gardens with a variety of plants and flowers that attracts many birds and butterflies.

Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms both with new queen size beds and an additional twin size bed in the larger bedroom. A full sized bathroom with shower tub is also upstairs.
All bedrooms have dressers available to unpack your belongs during your stay.
