Park your car when you get here and don’t move it for the entire stay if you wish…that’s how central this place is! Located within a few hundred feet of restaurants, bars, and shops! Very short walk to South Beach/ lighthouse, and the South Side Transient Marina offering daily boat slip rentals through the Michigan DNR (Visit midnrreservations.com to make slip reservations).

This comfy climate-controlled condo offers a comfy king bed, added closet bunk beds for the little-ones (bunk beds are 30"x70"), and a pull out couch in the living room. The kitchen has everything needed to provide those wishing to eat in with all necessary pots/pans/utensils. Of course for those eating out the condo is ideally located within steps of The Idler, Joes Bar, SuCasa, South Haven Brew Pub, and of course ice cream! Condo also has a washer/dryer for all laundry needs, smart TV's, and the all essential WiFi!

There's a nice balcony overlooking the alley and bank next door providing excellent people watching for the times you are back at the Condo! When you want to go to the beach or for a walk to see the sunset just walk outside the controlled-access building and the harbor is directly across the parking lot. Condo does have a private parking space for busy days, but it's just as simple to use the public parking lot located directly in front of the building (parking in lot is free 24/hr). This condo will provide everything you need for a fun stay in the beautiful Michigan beach town of South Haven whether you come for a couple nights or months.

This condo is in a very busy area during the summer months but is one of only three other condos located up a short flight of stairs on the second floor of the building offering convenience, and privacy.
