“The house was as described, overall clean. Hot tub was nice and we used it at night. The bikes left in the garage to use, tires were flat, pump there but not the right kind for the bike. wanted to use the grill but did not work to light it. The few minor things like dirty shower curtain was remedied by a email to the owner/company. The broken hair dryer also remedied by same email. both things arrived at house by amazon delivery. “Beautiful home! We were in town for a weekend to attend a wedding. Home is very functional with a split bedroom layout. Kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. There were board games available as well as sound machines in each of the bedrooms - perfect for kiddos! Lot is very private, fully fenced in with electric gate. Will definitely re-book next time we’re in Naples! ”

The house is comfortable and spacious, with the back deck being the standout feature: The canal setting is pretty, and we used the hot tub (not pictured in listing) daily and enjoyed the seating around fire pit and chaise lounges. We also kayaked in the canals, which was easy and peaceful.Daniel and Lucia were incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or minor issues (like when the hot tub needed a chemical rebalance) and couldn't have been kinder.
