“Food was not as hot need more selection ”

“Room was humid/hot Leak from ceiling , reached out to staff, apparently contacted maintenance, unable to fix Was not offered to change rooms not even discount Leak was right above toilet, family had to use restroom downstairs ”

“The staff was amazingly helpful; best customer service we’ve had in a long time. The hotel is old but it was clean and the location is perfect. Only complaint would be the A/C unit didn’t function well. But for sure we’ll be coming back.”
