“Property was nice. Rooms were clean and had lots of room. Staff left a lot to be desired. The man that checked us in, insulted my husband and made us feel like we were the biggest inconvenience. ”

“I stayed at El Delfin Lodge from 4/19–4/24 and overall the experience was disappointing. At check-in, the manager mentioned that during spring break they kept nearly every guest’s deposit due to damages, which seemed extreme at the time but made more sense by the end of our stay. The biggest issue is that the property does not match how it’s presented on Expedia. The photos appear outdated as the hotel looks much more worn in person. “The inside of the hotel was surprisingly clean and well lit. Rooms were pretty up to date ! It’s not a bad hotel ! I think the outside could use a bit of work but overall the hotel is still a good solid choice ! The property is located in the middle of the everything though not directly to beach access you could simply cross the street over 2 streets down to it !”

“This isn’t a luxury, high-end property, so don’t expect upscale amenities. That said, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a coffee maker, TV, mini fridge, and toiletries. The beachfront location is a huge advantage. Check-in was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised that my room was ready even though I arrived two hours early. There’s also a bar and grill on-site with a beach view, didn’t get to try them this time, but I’ve heard great things and will definitely check them...

“Classy hood shelter! A poorly remodeled ghetto if you will. No towels, wash clothes or anything in the room. The hot tub was cold and dirty. The shower shot all the way across the bathroom with the nozzle sticking out of a hole in the wall. It was remodeled but you can tell it was done by a cheap contractor with a complete lack of detail. A dirty place trying half ass to be clean. Decent for the price but I’d recommend paying a little more for a nicer place.”
