Enjoy this spacious and elegant Beach view Home, offering super easy beach access and amazing views of the Gulf. 3500sq ft of living space, with 4 bedrooms - each with ensuite Private Bath (3 are Master Bedrooms), Pool Table and an Elevator for those with mobility needs. Our home will easily accommodate every person in your group in spacious comfort. Our rates are set for 14 Guests Standard. Up to 15 guests can stay with host approval (see additional guest fee info).
Oceanview is purpose built to serve large families and vising Business professionals (SpaceX). At about 1.5x the size of a typical island beach house – each person in your group is guaranteed to have ample space to move around, relax and enjoy all the fine facets that Oceanview Castle has to offer.
Enjoy coastal breezes and listen to the ocean from the privacy of several balconies. You’ll note the fine touches throughout the home - including custom cabinetry, marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, private elevator, travertine flooring, and a water softener that serves the entire property.
The grand front porch stairway of Oceanview Castle spills out to speedy beach access just across the street. Alternately, the elevator can be taken to ground level.

A Private Bath for every Bedroom: Worthy of note - each and every bedroom has it's own full bath - a highly unique feature among large home rentals here on the Island. Oceanview may well be the only large family rental with a dedicated bath for each bedroom. Game Room with Billiard Table: A game of Pool…..or perhaps there is a Big Game on this evening. The Castle provides a room to enjoy both! Mini fridge and dry bar on site.
Bathrooms abound! – every single bedroom has its very own Full Bath. 3 of the 4 bedroom baths are appointed with Granite or Marble showers, floors and countertops! Luxurious private space! Plus, another Half Bath can be found next to the Game Room, as well as one Outside.
Parking- and plenty of it: A 2 car garage, Plus Driveway parking for 4-5 cars.
LAYOUT:
Main Floor (2nd floor)- Huge open and bright living area with 9ft ceilings, Large family area with TV and comfortable leather sectional seats up to 8. Travel down the expansive hallway to the Recreation Room with Entertainment Center, Cable TV & Pool Table with Dry Bar. >>Bedroom: This floor has 1 Bedroom, with 1 queen and 1 double bed, + private ensuite bath, right off the Game Room – perfect for a family or the young adults of your group.
Upper Floor (3rd Floor) - Climb the wide open, sweeping travertine staircase (or take the Elevator) to the third floor for access to the 3 Master Bedrooms: >>MasterSuite 1 - King: Boasts its own private balcony with a splendid view of the Gulf – wake up, open the door and hear the Ocean sing to you. Large Closet with additional fold-out twin option if needed. Large ensuite batch with Jacuzzi tub. >>Master 2 -King: 1 King bed with ensuite bath. >>Master 3- Queen: 1 queen bed with ensuite bath, plus a mini-bunk (twin) room (for younger children up to age 7yrs).
Kitchen: Fully stocked gourmet kitchen on Main floor. Granite countertops. Microwave, two ovens, all stainless appliances, awesome dishwasher. Keurig and standard coffee maker, plus teapot.
Dining: Epic wooden dinner Table capable of seating 12 = plus lengthy bar with 4 premium bar stools. The 10ft long ‘Kings Court Table’ serves Castle guests in style. Your whole group will dine in elegance and spaciousness.
Front Covered Patios – Two floors with covered patio offer Beach and Ocean viewing, sounds of crashing gulf waves, and some fine Gulf Blvd people watching. Also, enjoy the weekend fireworks right on the front porch!
OTHER COOL STUFF • ELEVATOR: **Elevator is available upon request** Please be 100% sure to make your specific request for access to the Elevator at time of booking. • Softened Water: Whole house Water softener does amazing things for showers. • High Speed internet capable of supporting vast amounts of dataflow for your whole gang. • Perfectly balanced HVAC system with ceiling fans in nearly every room make for a very comfortable indoor climate. • Outdoor bathroom and shower to make quick bathroom trips from the beach a snap! • Fireworks: every Friday and Friday and Saturday night at 9:15pm – viewable right off of the covered front patio and master balcony! * Outside BBQ Grill - located in garage on lower level, just roll it outside the garage.

WET FLOORING: Our marble and travertine floors can be extremely slippery when wet. It is highly recommended that, in order to keep all occupants safe, guests dry off completely outside prior to entering, especially with regard to the main floor and main staircase. Caution signs will be posted. Children should be closely supervised in this regard.
***REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: No other guests shall be at this house outside of the registered number on the rental agreement, with exception of permission permission from owner. ****NO HOUSE PARTIES / NO EVENTS

Extra Large walk-in closet. • King 2 Master - Top Floor Large bedroom with King size bed and private ensuite bathroom. • Queen 1 Master - Good for Family with small children. Top Floor Large bedroom with Queen bed, private ensuite bathroom and a Large Walk-in closet with Mini-Bunk (2 twin mattresses) for younger children.
2nd Floor Bedroom: • Rec Room Bedroom - Main Floor bedroom with 1 Double bed, 1 small Queen bed, and ensuite private bath.
**1 additional Twin mattresses with foldout frame, plus 1 Air Mattress are readily available if needed. These tuck nicely out of the way into two of the large Master Suite closets on top floor, or set them up wherever you like to suit your groups needs.
