Questo condominio si trova al 1 ° piano di fronte agli splendidi giardini ed è vicino alla piscina. La cucina è stata ristrutturata insieme al bagno. È completamente attrezzato con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile per riflettere un aspetto moderno. Il forno a microonde è anche un forno. Questo condominio si trova al piano terra. Una camera da letto con decorazioni morbide e tv palsma da 54 pollici per concludere la giornata con relax .. Il soggiorno ha un divano / letto e una sedia con il colore azzurro, verde e giallo per iniziare la giornata. La cucina è aperta sul soggiorno e completamente attrezzata. Il bagno è grigio, argento cromato con soffici asciugamani per il tuo morbido asciutto. Ha una doccia waik-in con porta in vetro senza telaio. Il soggiorno e la camera da letto hanno accesso al patio con un tabel all'arancia mandarino e 4 sedie per godersi un drink mentre ammirate gli splendidi giardini e la piscina. Ci sono 2 edifici sulla proprietà. Ogni edificio ha la sua piscina. Le piscine sono riscaldate. Ha anche un'area per grigliate con 2 griglie e tavoli con posti a sedere. Questa zona è perfetta anche per visualizzare i fuochi d'artificio realizzati dal bar e grill vicini: Clayton's.

Clean and spacious condo. Ample parking. Very nice location with walking distance to many eateries/beachside bars. Very short walk to the beach. What a great location!

Room is nice with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Steps from the pool. Walking distance to beach. Flor is very nice and is just a phone call away. This was our second time staying in this condo.

We had a blast and enjoyed the pool and condominium area!! The condo was very clean and the perfect size for our small family. It was a huge plus that it was dog friendly so we could bring our furry friend. We wished there would have been a stove and a dust pan for the broom as well as a few spices for cooking, but absolutely minor inconveniences compared to the comfort of the bed and the large size of the shower and porch! We appreciated the gate on the porch as well making it easier to take our dog in and out!

The Tiki is a staple at SPI. The grounds, heated swimming pools, and accessibility to the beach was great along with walking distance to nearby locations like Clayton's, Bar Loui, and Wanna Wanna. The host was courteous and prompt in answering all questions. This unit was newly remodeled and very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Property was clean and nicely furnished. We really enjoy the heated pool as not all properties on the island have this. The ocean is just a little walk through the property to get there. Will likely choose again.

We were so pleased with the unit. It had all the basic necessities in the kitchen and even offered a wagon for carrying items back and forth. I thought that was so thoughtful! This unit also included a dehumidifier, which makes the stay so much more comfortable. Trust me! We’ve had it both ways! I would definitely stay here again.

Great location next to pool, 2 minute walk to beach. Property is beautiful, condo was well stocked, clean, light, airy. Had a great smell upon entry. Property exactly has shown and described in pictures. Bed was so comfortable! Extra pillows and blankets were supplied along with all needed kitchen utensils, and other items. Sliding doors led to deck area from living room, and bedroom. Bedroom curtains are not privacy curtains. This was easily rectified by hanging an additional blanket over the existing curtains. Two nice size TV’s is one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Wi-Fi was great. Everything works as it should. Highly recommend. A+.

Beautiful, cozy condo. Exactly as described. Owner was super quick to respond anytime I reached out. Property was beautifully maintained and secure. Very close to the beach. We are repeat customers and LOVE this property and the property manager. This is our 8th stay at this property. Everything is always so enjoyable. Excellent communication and the unit itself is always perfect. Property manager always communicates well with any troubles and works with you to make your stay the best. I give a overall a 5 I will say the only thing is that the front desk did say that , the packet for the parking permit was there hanging by the door and it was not there try to make it seem like I I was lying , was kind of rude . The reason I give it a five review is because flora was very helpful and responsive! The security, Joe was also helping by taking the license plate number. Other than that it was a perfect ten and, very clean.
