Pianificare una vacanza in Texas sotto il sole? Che ne dite di un soggiorno presso questo noleggio? Questa unità a livello del suolo è solo un lotto di distanza dalla spiaggia e ha anche una unità al piano di sopra che si possono affittare separatamente per gruppi più grandi. Non dimenticate di portare i vostri amici a quattro zampe insieme, perché è anche cani!

Rilassatevi nel salotto, sala da pranzo, e zona cucina, godendo di tutti i grandi servizi che questa unità ha da offrire. Elettrodomestici belli in acciaio inox rendono la cucina assolutamente bello per cucinare, e se si vuole espandersi, assicuratevi di prendere atto della friggitrice e grill, condivisa tra il piano superiore e le unità al piano di sotto. Dopo aver mangiato il pasto, potrete rilassarvi sul grande divano componibile e accendere la TV a schermo piatto, che include cavo!

Due ampie camere da letto con un sacco di spazio per dormire in grado di ospitare fino a otto persone abbastanza comodamente. La camera da letto padronale ha un letto king-size e letto estraibile giorno (due gemelli), così come un bagno annesso che si collega anche al corridoio. I bambini saranno a casa in seconda camera da letto, con un letto a castello (due letti twin-size) e due letti singoli. Con tutto lo spazio di sonno, questa unità è assolutamente perfetto per le famiglie!

Questa unità è anche cani con un costo aggiuntivo per animali domestici. Potrete rilassarvi sulla terrazza, godendo della brezza come ci si siede sulle sedie a battente. Non dimenticate che c'è Wi-Fi, una lavatrice / asciugatrice, e molto di più per rendere il vostro soggiorno il più confortevole possibile.

Great location and accommodations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As per other reviews there are stickers in the yard but that’s anywhere on the island. Extended wait for hot water in the showers and the king mattress is a bit lumpy but there are enough others to choose from. Would absolutely recommend staying at this location!

SPI vacation

Great location. Living area clean. Everything we needed in kitchen was there. Front double entry door not very secure. You can just pull doors open when locked. Heavy amount of rodent droppings in laundry room... my wife refused to go into that room.

Location, location, location

Very convenient to every thing on the island. Only negative. The musty, moldy smell, which seemed to get stronger when the air conditioner was on. Seems to be a HVAC issue.

We left. Beware - no TV service, no beach towels and thin floor (easily woken by upstairs renters)

WE LEFT A DAY EARLY. If that isn’t telling… Stars for easy beach access and first floor for elderly dog access (blessing in disguise as upstairs renters sounded like stomping giants around 6 every morning - Yay for a restful vacation, not). NO TV. It was laughable. 3 kids under 8, cold rainy long holiday weekend. We rented for Thanksgiving and as Texans we wanted to watch football! And it was cold and raining! Nope!!! No TV!!! Listing has/advertise direct tv. We attempted to resolve the issue and it was never fixed. The Vacasa help person said that the main unit/box to make the WHOLE SYSTEM function was in the unit ***upstairs*** which we WERE NOT LOCATED IN. They said they would reach out to the upstairs renters to troubleshoot and I replied “well it looks like they just left” since we saw them leave. How can you charge >$200 per night and then expect the renter to have to rely on a complete stranger to help troubleshoot a basic and advertised feature of the rental!?!? Who can tell if the upstairs renter purposefully disabled the unit so their own kids couldn’t access tv? ALSO, the Vacasa help recommend we go to a Redbox and they would reimburse us for the video rental HAHAHAHA there as NO TV remote in the family room therefore it was impossible to change the input. We tried the master bedroom TV and there were no cords to actually connect the dvd player to the tv (there were random cords but none served to connect the dvd player to the tv). My husband actually laughed, threw his hands up and asked me “did we really pay $1200 to rent this place?!?” NO vacuum as advertised. NO beach towels (in my humble opinion this should be spelled out as it is a beach rental). BE AWARE OF THE BATHROOM ADJACENT TO KIDS ROOM (it was not obvious in the photos and the description that there are tile stairs down into the bathroom connected to the bedroom with the bunk beds (This could be treacherous for young families). Also the bathroom light in that bathroom never did work. We only had the light from the shower in that bathroom. We left a day early. We got the check out instructions on Sunday after we were already home. They offered about $140 for the inconvenience. We really should have been offered at least one day rental and then some. We cleaned up everything and followed the instructions exactly. This was the first time I’ve complained about a rental via vrbo. All past rentals have been great. No Vacasa ever again!!!

Great location, but could improve

Really enjoyed our time at this house it’s located in a great area- just a block away from the beach. Nice decor and general cleanliness. Had issues with the plumbing, one of the toilets broke and the sink wouldn’t drain consistently and caused a bad smell. Fortunately we had great help from Mario who got both fixed but the smell stuck around for a couple days. Highly recommend for smaller families making low maintenance meals!

Not again!!

Was full of roaches, they were all over our groceries we brought in. We even had some crawling on the babies. The people upstairs were so loud partying stomping had people coming in and out all night. Even had one of them ask my 16 yr old daughter to come party with them. Floors were not clean at all. I just feel I spent a lot of money to get my daughters mind off of her miscarriage and it was a disaster. Oh and front door was hard to lock

Perfect getaway

Loved the location! Everything was as it seems online. I would only add a drip coffee maker (they said there was one but we were unable to locate it). Also, the drainage smell can become terrible after several of us showered. I would stay here again without a doubt. Plenty of room for our family of 4 (and could have had a few more).

This house is amazing. Fully stocked with items you will need. The owner was in town during our visit and was very welcoming as well as accommodating. This house has been renovated and gives you a very contemporary vibe. We will definitely be back.

Nice Place to Stay

Very nice place to stay while at South Padre Island. The unit was well furnished, very clean and had modern appliances. It was very close to everything the Island has to offer. The unit is listed as pet friendly and it is except for one issue. Our dogs went into the yard behind the building to do their business and came back full of cockle-burrs and stickers in their paws and on their fur. The back yard has no grass and is basically dirt, weeds, and stickers. We ended up putting the dogs into the car and took them to a city park 3 blocks away to take care of doggy business. We did this about three times every day which is close to the schedule we use at home. It was a bit of a hassle. Aside from that everything else worked out well.
