La bella condominio Wicker Wanderer �� dall'altra parte della strada dalla spiaggia e all'interno di semplici blocchi di locali notturni, ristoranti e negozi. Se questo non è sufficiente, un servizio navetta gratuito vi porterà nel cuore di South Padre Island e ritorno!

Questa due camere da letto, due bagni condominio si trova al primo piano, nascosto dietro uno schermo di piante tropicali per una sensazione più appartato. L'interno è accogliente con brillanti, accenti Beachy che portano un senso di divertimento e svago per la vostra vacanza.

Divani e mobili in vimini si siedono di fronte a un televisore in salotto, con altri due televisori disponibili se non si può essere d'accordo su cosa guardare. Affittare un DVD o attivare via cavo o accedere al WiFi per i media online.

In cucina, troverete tutte le cose che avete bisogno per cucinare e poi alcuni! Piccoli lussi come una macchina per caffè espresso e un giro frullatore fuori il complemento di accessori per la cucina, e con la lavastoviglie è possibile ottenere creativo senza spendere ore ripulire dopo.

Dopo cena, la testa fuori al cortile comune in ammollo nella vasca idromassaggio o divertirsi in piscina. Il verde fa per una rilassante oasi tropicale.

Overall was a really nice stay. Just a few minor things that needed to be fixed. The laundry door was off the track and I didn’t realize until it almost fell on me. Shower head needs to be replaced. Had to wrap it with a washcloth to keep it from spraying everywhere. Also was a small issue with tiny ants in the kitchen. And the cleaning maintenance could be a little better. Some other things just need to be upgraded but I really enjoyed my stay here. Close to the beach. Had a nice homey feel. Parking was easy. No problem with noise around us. Would definitely come again.

Great place and location!!

This place was nice and clean. It was perfect for the 5 of us. Great location, walking distance to the beach and the bars. The only thing I didn’t like is that property manager never responded to my request nor check on us to see if we needed anything I had to go to the office for more supplies. Other than that I enjoyed staying on this condo. Make sure you bring your cooking oil.

Condo Water Outage

On our first night, we were able to have use of water to get ready for bed. As of 8am the following day, access to water stopped. I couldnt get a hold of anyone until I saw a local walking the building whom stated they had lost water due to a leak that couldn’t be located and has been a work in progress since before we got there. Although we werent able to do simple things like brushing our teeth or using the toilets, we thought we could go about our day in hopes the water would be back on later that day. I tried calling and messaging via the app in order to get updates, but it wasn’t much help. We got back to the condo around 5pm, still nothing. We left again and came to unwind around 9pm, at this point we finally had water for showers n restrooms. That was short lived as for 8am Sunday morning, we came across the same issue again. We checked out earlier than usual since our children had necessities. I haven’t heard from management or given any apologizes at all for the whole ordeal. Don’t think I’d stay here again.

Perfect location! Within the complex and the town. The size of the condo is great for a family of 4 and located on the ground floor near the pool. The grocery store is a 7-minute walk, the beach is 3 minutes and dining and entertainment is 5. We would stay here again!

Great Location and Nice Condo

This condo is nice and spacious. Balcony opens up right by the pool. Even though you are near the pool you do not hear the noise from pool fun while inside. The property managers for Vacasa were very helpful. Great family stay! We will come back next summer!

Wonderful, but impossible to reach management

Pros-This property was perfect for a quick beach trip with my two children. Great location. We felt safe and comfortable. It was easy to go back and forth between the condo and the beach throughout the day. The pool and hot tub were nice extras. Cons-Management may as well not exist. I didn't see anyone when I picked up or dropped off keys, the gentleman at Vacasa's main national office never sent anyone out to service the problem with the cable (which meant we couldn't watch tv the entire trip), and no one answered the phone number for the local Vacasa office. Additionally, I wished I had brought my own pots and pans for the trip. While they did provide all of the necessary cooking supplies, some things were worn and in need of replacement. The pots/pans were extremely scratched, and the can opener was difficult to use because of the rust on it.

great place to stay

We were very pleased with our condo and the amenities it provided. It was clean and ready for us. It seems to me the vegetation by the pool area needs to be trimmed and clean up. It is overcrowding the sidewalk and made it difficult to access the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing get away

Nice and quiet condo in close proximity to the beach. Numerous restaurants and attractions near by. Relaxing back patio with the hot tub/pool just a few steps away. We enjoyed our stay.

Never again.

This property was the worse place we have stayed on island. It has potential in that, even though it has no view of ocean, the beach is a short walk with new boardwalk. However, the condo itself was dirty, to the point of disgusting in several areas. Meager supplies, ie two single disherwasher tablets for our 5 day rental, light bulbs burned out in almost every room, no top sheet or one of the beds. Oh yes, bunk bed in second room is not even adult length. I have numerous photos that I intend to submit to an additional review website, as I wish someone had done for me. Best place we’ve stayed at SPI

This place was perfect. It was not only a great value but was also comfortable. Beds were great. Super clean. We loved having breakfast on the banana plant enclosed porch. He pool was cute. The hot tub was actually hot. And the beach was just across the street. Washer and dryer on a beach trip is always a plus. Nice coffee pot and toaster. We cooked for ourselves the entire trip and had all the cookware we needed. We all commented that we’d like to return to the same condo next year.

Dealing with Vacasa was honest and service was great. Going through VRBO (Home Away) was a nightmare. My cerdit card was charged hundreds of dollars for service fees without my approval. I never received any service or any support by them. Upon contacting them they strongly refused to refund me this money. Anybody who wishes to book these condos should through Vacasa only. Going through VRBO (Home Away) could cost you hundreds of dollars for a service you will never receive.

Updates needed

Updates need to be made especially for safety. The laundry door fell on my nephew and now has a bump on his head. It was a really hard hit I don’t even want to imagine if one of my 17 Month old toddler was standing there. Garbage desposil was backed up and smelled made the the whole place smell. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone and when I did I got no help. The full size bed broke and caused one of us to roll back and hit our head on the wall. We ended up having to take the boards off place the bed on the floor for our own safety. Door lock for sliding door was broken. It was such a nice place the area was great we had no problems with the pool or jacuzzi that was great! It was just sad that we couldn’t have a great stay because so many safety issues and how two of us got hurt. When I finally was able to speak with someone they just sounded upset and showed no care. The room with the king size bed was great no issues besides the sliding door. The barbecue pit worked great. Washer and drier worked great.

Wonderful Place!

Our stay was wonderful! It was amazing. It was great. Everything we needed was there. It was close to the beach and many stores. The beds were comfortable. Loved every minute being there! Loved the pool area and the hot-tub; water was very warm, which we loved. Great property.
