Ristrutturato di recente, è tra i migliori condomini di Tiki e il Gallup lo offre al prezzo più basso di qualsiasi BeachTront Tiki Condo diretto. Si trova lontano dal Clayton's Beach Bar e dalla costruzione del nuovo Marriott Hotel.

Il nostro Direct BeachFront Tiki # 234 Condo ha le migliori viste sulla spiaggia SPI. Non solo una vista parziale sulla spiaggia da un complesso di fronte al mare, abbiamo SPETTACOLARE piena vista sul Golfo del Messico. Sia la camera da letto principale che il soggiorno si aprono su un balcone di 20 piedi attraverso nuove porte scorrevoli che mantengono l'unità silenziosa. Una rampa di scale per la pace e la privacy con una vista panoramica diretta del mutevole Golfo del Messico. Guarda l'alba e ascolta le onde dalle nostre nuove sedie da pub ad altezza bar o dalla tua camera da letto.

Condominio ha un letto king size nella camera da letto e 2 poltrone e divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. C'è una cucina aggiornato e bagno ristrutturato con una cabina doccia. Abbiamo 2 TV a schermo piatto, Wi-Fi e cavo con 6 canali HBO. Forniamo biancheria, asciugamani da bagno e da spiaggia e una cucina completa. Il condominio ha lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina per il caffè, frullatore, asciugacapelli, ventilatori a soffitto, deumidificatore e molto altro.

La camera da letto del condominio comprende una nuova scrivania incorporata e un cassettone con 30 cassetti e 12 piedi di spazio appendiabiti. Se questo condominio non è disponibile per le date di cui hai bisogno, considera il nostro altro appartamento Tiki (Tiki # 140 e VRBO # 838470). Questo condominio al piano terra è un grande (750 piedi quadrati) una camera da letto a 25 passi dalla spiaggia. Tiki # 140 è anche meno costoso del nostro Direct BeachFront Tiki # 234.

Condominio per famiglie Tiki si trova all'estremità nord della SPI. Across Padre Blvd è Sea Turtle Inc. e SPI Birding and Nature Center. (Vedi l'immagine del rilascio della tartaruga.) Nelle vicinanze si trova il golf presso lo SPI Golf Club a Laguna VIsta, lo zoo Gladys Porter a Brownsville, il parco acquatico Schlitterbahn SPI e in visita al confine con il confine di Progresso. C'è pesca nel surf, mare profondo o battute di pesca in baia, osservazione dei delfini e passeggiate a cavallo. C'è pallavolo al Clayton's Beach Bar, nuoto e windsurf e chilometri di spiaggia incontaminata. Il Tiki è ottimo per famiglie, 2 piscine riscaldate, lavanderia a gettoni in loco, lunga distanza gratuita e splendido paesaggio.

Family Time

Beach Front Beach Front Beach Front!! My family and I had an amazing time. The Views and Atmosphere here at the TIKI are on another Level. The morning jogs/bike rides cannot be beat on this island. South Padre Island is my Second Home, and I plan to be a permanent resident as soon as I retire from my business in Houston Tx. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Perfect Condo and Location on SPI

The condo was perfect for us. It was lightly refreshed and very clean. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay on SPI this is an excellent choice. Our stay was over the July 4th weekend and even with Clayton’s Beach Bar about 200 yards away the noise on July 4th from all the beach goers and music was minimal when the sliding doors were closed. The Tiki condo complex is well kept, has security checking for parking passes and wristbands to ensure those on the property should be there. The Tiki front desk quickly checked us in and explained where the laundry room, libraries, pools, and larger trash bins were located.
Watching the fireworks on July 4th from the condo balcony. (There are fireworks every Friday & Saturday that you will be able to see from the comfort of the balcony.)

Great View

The condo was clean and in a good location. The beach view was awesome. Everything was good with 2 exceptions. We had an extremely hard time locking both sliding glass doors. The other thing was the condo really needs to be remodeled. Other than the shower and the flooring, everything else is really old. Too many personal decorations and pictures. Should be a lighter feeling inside. Total update needed.

Great views!

The best thing about this condo was that it was facing the beautiful Gulf and it allowed dogs. You could walk downstairs and be on the beach. Unfortunately, it was really dirty and gross; mold was in the bathroom, human hairs everywhere on the floor, linens weren’t clean, and the furniture was really old, worn, and stained. I read in the description that it had been remodeled, but it looked like it had been many, many years ago. Clayton’s and the Marriott next door were loud in the evenings, which was not what I understood from the description.

Prime beach location

Location is prime for beach experience. Next to Bar Louie and Clayton's is convenient for food and drinks while at the beach during the day. Had front row patio view for weekend fireworks at Bar Louie pier. Overall condo was good except for living room sofa bed & recliners. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and probably ready for a replacement and some electrical plugs weren't working properly. Everything else was good as advertised.

Restful Retreat

We came to unwind and enjoy ourselves. I had a family member die in December, and I have another relative with a terminal disease. It was nice to escape the real world and enjoy the sun, sea, and the crashing waves.

Great View

That about sums up the reason to stay at this condo….Great View…the place is old and if cleaned properly it would be a nice place to stay…the worst was having filthy floors in every room! We arrived when it was raining so we took our shoes off in condo and our socks where filthy within minutes of inspecting the area…I have no idea what Covid clean is but it ain’t what we walked into especially the bathroom…the kitchen faucet doesn’t swivel and is therefore stuck between the sink…just a few of the complaints..it rained almost all of our time there so we were stuck in a moldy smelling condo (you are not allowed to leave sliding doors open and have to keep a/c on even when it’s colder outside) not sure why that is? Don’t like leaving on a negative so I will repeat the condo has a Great View.

Great location

Condo is not fancy or contemporary but it is comfortable, had everything we needed, and best of all for us, was very close to the beach. We got to watch the sunrise from our balcony and the fireworks on Friday and Saturday. We had a lovely stay.

Quiet and on the beach

Can't get any closer to the beach. Facing East, bright and hot on the balcony in the morning but afternoon/evening very nice. Despite two major bars next door, they are on the North side and this condo is on the South so heard nothing. It's an older place but nice. Really only in it for sleeping and breakfast.

Great location right on the beach with great view of beach from balcony. Good parking. Fireworks from hotel next door from adjacent pier! Plenty of storage and space. Felt homey.

I cleaned the property before we left and it was left as clean or cleaner than when we arrived. Disabled wife had spiked chocolate ice cream in the bed which I didn’t catch. ( my mistake) The owner claimed it was dog puke ( no dog) and claimed the condo was trashed. I was charged 200$. Didn’t mind paying for any ruined bedding but false allegations were concerning.

Best location. Best view

This property is one of a dozen or so that face the beach, very rare and fun! It is on the second level which is also a plus. Living space is less than 1000 sq feet but is as advertised, a comfortable place to stay. Overall is in a great location with bars/restaurants next door. We will definitelyp stay here again!
