La piscina dispone di una vasca idromassaggio per 8 persone, area abbronzatura sommersa, scivolo d'acqua, canestro da basket e decking piscina in travertino appena installato. Questa casa ha la luce del sole non ostruita per tutte le ore del giorno, perfetta per abbronzarsi! Gli ospiti godranno il loro tempo in questo giardino tropicale.

First the good: Nice location, close to the beach, and close to town. The upstairs was spacious and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms.The Bad: The house is very worn compared to the pictures, I understand that happens with the rentals with people constantly in and out but this property needs some TLC. The smell of the house was horrible, smelled like raw sewage and I can still smell it on the clothes that were washed on the property, and brought home. The side door of the kitchen didn't work, the furniture in the kitchen area has to be the smallest furniture I've ever seen, nothing like the pictures on the listing. The pool got extremely dirty really fast, we were there Thursday- Sunday and nobody came out to maintenance the pool, 3 of my kids have swimmers ear which they have never had before. The house needs serious updating, for the money we spent in the rental we just expected a lot more.

SPI 2023 winter vacation

Loved the location of this house, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of space and things to keep the kids busy!

Great place to host a gathering with a few friends. Went out to celebrate my Bachelorette party and we had space to decorate, cook and enjoy the homes space. So many restrooms and rooms.

Great house! We had a very nice stay with our family and a great time on South Padre. The house was clean and the two little issues we ran into were fixed right away by the management company. Great service and very nice place to vacation.

Great pool plenty of towels. Nice starter kits to get us started on our family vacation. Had an issue with the air conditioning and they were here to fix it in about 10 minutes!!! Great service very friendly and highly recommend, great location I'm able to see the ocean and drink coffee from the balcony what more could you ask for!

Thanksgiving getaway

The house could easily fit all 11 of us. We cooked Thanksgiving and swam once it stopped raining. We enjoyed our time.

We really enjoyed our stay. I was a little worried about past reviews, but it was a great place for our family getaway. We enjoyed being close to the beach and having the private pool. The pool is big compared to some other houses we've rented on the island. Our boys really liked having the basketball court and the pool table. Great stay.

The house smelled, the kitchen cabinets were sticky and the floors didn’t feel clean. Pool table was not in good condition.

Excellent

My family and I had a great stay at this beach house. We enjoyed the pool and basketball court a lot. The house is spacious and right across from the beach which was really nice. Overall, very clean and comfortable place to stay. We will be coming back to the island in September with another family group and have already reserved this house again. Thank you!

Attentive customer service

Perfect for our big group of friends, 10 total. Centrally located, spacious, and lots of hot water for showers! We really enjoyed having our own private pool & hot tub space. This would be a great rental choice for families too. Nice, private neighborhood with a cute bunk bed room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very responsive to questions and the check-in/check-out process was very simple.

The location of this beach house was excellent and definitely the highlight of our stay—easy access to everything we wanted to do, which we really appreciated. However, the property itself did not meet expectations. The space felt significantly smaller in person than it appeared in the listing photos, which was disappointing upon arrival.Cleanliness was also an issue. We encountered multiple roaches during our stay, which was concerning and impacted our overall comfort. The couch was broken when we arrived, and the kitchen was stocked with very limited utensils, making meal prep more difficult than expected.To their credit, management did respond by sending someone to repair the couch and spray for roaches, and we appreciated that effort. Still, these issues affected the quality of our experience, and overall we were left unimpressed. While the location is a strong positive, the condition and presentation of the property need improvement to better match expectations.

Perfect location!

We loved the house and pool! Just it seems to be a little dated on the interior but the space made up for it. We had some issues with the AC upstairs, but maintenance was quick to respond and fix it. Location was perfect for beach access and walking distance to many shops and the grocery store. We planned our vacation to be relaxing and it was just that! If we ever get back to SPI we'll definitely consider this house again!

South Padre Trip

We were a little skeptical about mixed reviews but once we got in the house everyone thought it was great. The location could not be better! It really is right across the street from the beach. We were out by the water most of the day and late into the evening, was easy to walk right back up to the house. The house was clean, lots of space for everyone and has a great pool. Nice property and great service from the management company. We will definitely come back.

Location was great! Backyard is fun! Kitchen is very small. Rooms are very tight. They have fans everywhere, they do come in handy though our bottom bunk bed room was very hot. Slide and jacuzzi can't be on at the same time or else slide doesn't work.

Perfect beach house for entire family!

We had a group of 16 of us and the house was amazing! We were a little afraid of having high expectations and being let down after some of the reviews but we had not ONE issue! The house was clean, the AC worked great, it was spacious, the game room was popular for our teens and the pool and basketball court kept everyone plenty entertained after winding down from an all day beach day! Checkin was fast and simple, and the property management was always nice and helpful to all my questions. Our family very much enjoyed this house and will be back!

Winter get away

Had a great time. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. Had a small issue figuring out the hot tub and a small problem with the garbage disposal. They were there within a few minutes. Both gentlemen were polite and very helpful.House was great, plenty of room for eveyone. The staff on the phone were always polite. Thanks for a great time!!! We'll be backing 😎

No soap dish in the downstairs shower. I had to bend over as the sink and shower were meant for small people.
