La nostra casa vacanza si trova proprio sulla spiaggia di South Padre Island. Puoi rilassarti e avere una vista panoramica sull'oceano dalla cucina, dalla sala da pranzo, dal soggiorno e dal balcone. C'è un secondo balcone dalla camera da letto principale che offre una vista sulla città. Il condominio ha una piscina riscaldata, quindi è utilizzabile tutto l'anno. Ci sono molte sedie per sdraiarsi al sole. Ci sono solo 14 unità in questo edificio, quindi stai condividendo questa zona con poche altre.

* Spring Break *: è richiesta un'età di almeno 28 anni per prenotare.

Il soggiorno è spazioso e molto confortevole. Giusto per leggere, rilassarsi, guardare la televisione o semplicemente guardare l'oceano.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Inoltre abbiamo anche fornito una griglia George Foreman per il tuo piacere di grigliare. La cucina è un concetto aperto e si apre nella sala da pranzo e nel soggiorno.


La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, televisione, ampio armadio e cassettiera. C'è un ampio balcone vicino alla camera da letto principale che si affaccia sulla città, ottimo per un caffè mattutino o un cocktail serale per guardare il tramonto.

La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale, ampio armadio e cassettiera. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno privato.

Spazio aggiuntivo per dormire è disponibile nel divano letto, che è memory foam queen size.

C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice situata sullo stesso piano del nostro condominio.

Adoriamo South Padre Island e la nostra casa al mare. Speriamo che lo farai anche tu. Per favore, vieni per una visita e ritorna tutte le volte che vuoi.

Location excellent. Facilities very good. Problems with microwave and toaster. Living room furniture needs replaced. Chris was super in helping with any problem. Will go back to the same rental again. Hot tub has no jets.

Awesome location and great value

The property is a bit dated but the condo itself has a nice kitchen and the TVs in the rooms were very appreciated. Contrary to the note in the checkin book there are no beach towels or chairs. There are boogie boards which is nice. Only major complaint like the previous guests….the couch is so disgusting. You can’t sit on it without coming away with stuff stuck to your body. A couch from Goodwill would be better than this. Or a cheap cocker from Amazon. We had to put a sheet over it just to bit be grossed out. I wouldn’t let this deter us from going back. Perhaps owners don’t know the extent of how worn it is. Property is quiet and safe and has the best beach. We had a great time.

Quiet place to relax and unwind.

If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, this condo is the place for you. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need for your stay. The beach is just steps away. Having two balconies was a real bonus for us. My husband and I enjoyed our coffee watching sun rise and a cocktail on the balcony off the master bedroom the sun set. The pool and hot were wonderful. Location is on the north end and is quieter than other areas. Would definitely stay here again.

December Visit

The building was easy to locate and access, close to market and shops. Beautiful setting right on, and close to, the beach. Liked that both the living room and kitchen/dining room have a view of the beach. Kitchen had all the tools and accessories we needed. Although the knives need sharpening--not just another block of Farberware. May want to bring your own to keep from getting hurt on a dull knife. Liked the combo washer/drier in one machine! We'd second other comments that the leather sofa and chairs in the living room, that now appear to have severe eczema, need to be replaced. We also suggest replacing the bathtub/shower hardware--the master tub was not draining very rapidly and the drain plug lever was pretty corroded and stiff. Valves in both master and other bath were a little stiff with corrosion. Otherwise, a great place and would go again. Bed in Master bedroom was fantastic!

Family stay

Beautiful views, all the things we needed, one brief concern that was listened to and fixed by Criss on the phone. Enough space for two 21 year old boys, Mom and Dad, and Nana got her own room and bath without having to listen to all the family noises all the time! Hottub and pool were great and most importantly the beach access was immediate! Property was as pictured, no surprises or disappointments. Highly recommend and will stay again ourselves :-)

Beach view amazing!

The quick access to the beach and the great balcony made this condo amazing. The beds were comfortable and condo was very clean. The only little negative would be the couch. The leather was flaking off of the cushions and got on the floor when trying to use the couch sleeper.

Perfect location

Property was clean and had everything we needed. A couple of improvements would be to replace the couch, its very worn out, more or better lighting in the bedrooms and way to many remotes for the TV. But over all it was fabulous!

We loved the view and that alone was worth the entire trip. The bedrooms are a dated, but was comfortable and spacious. Nice kitchen and everything you need was provided. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again

Best beach access location we have rented so far..

GREAT view just steps away from beach.😍 Just Beautiful. We will definitely stay here Again! Couches were a little worn out but who cares when you have a view and major space through out the condo. Everything we needed (basic essentials) was provided and easy access to the room was a breeze. 👍We as a family have rented other locations at SPI which were quite nice as this one but the accces to the beach was the best over all. 🏝 Can't wait to come back again.

Relaxing beachfront getaway

Clean and comfortable condo with amazing beachfront views, perfect for sunrises on the beach. We enjoyed opening the balcony doors and listening to the waves. Pool area was nice and quiet, with quick access to the beach. We appreciated that this condo building has fewer units than others nearby.

Washer issue quickly resolved

Loved the place and especially the view from the balcony. Midweek we opened the washer to do a load and found a wet load of towels. I called and had a repairman in that afternoon and he took care of the repair quickly. I was impressed that the management really seemed to care that we were happy. She check back to make sure all are needs were met.
