The condo entails 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The interior of this condominium was recently remodeled. Brand new floors throughout, new kitchen and bathroom countertops, and new showers!

    Vacation meals are convenient to prepare in a roomy, fully equipped kitchen that opens to the dining and living area. The spacious master bedroom hosts a king-sized bed. SPI condo at Edgewater

The property and location were great. It was nice for our family of 5. A few beach toys and chairs were available to use, although the chairs were not sturdy. Check in/out was easy. Pool was heated and warm! Overall we would stay here again.

Our room stay was great, only wish the smell from the standing water between the condo and the beach was flushed out , made for a lot of mosquitoes while trying to enjoy beach time and then pool time later in the evening.

Fantastic Stay!

We had a great beach vacay at Edgewater! This top floor unit is clean and nicely updated with an awesome view of the sea from the balcony. The pool/hot tub area and property grounds are all very well maintained. We would not hesitate to book again. Thank you SPI!

The unit is well-located, well-furnished, and well-suited for a beachfront stay. Lots of space, lots of comfortable furnishings, and lots of great views over the Gulf. The complex is secured, allowing for added peace of mind, with friendly security folks seen about the property. The water pressure could be a little stronger, but overall, it was a great experience.

Everything about this unit was first class. All of the appliances worked well and the decor was very pleasant. We will definitely consider Edgewater 503 for our return trips to SPI.

Wonderful Condo

This condo is amazing from the view, to the space, the kitchen...just everything. We had such a great time staying here. The facilities were perfect. The pool was clean, hot tub was great at night. Walk way to the beach was right outside the pool area. Quiet building with really nice people. Check in and check out was super easy, wifi worked. No issues here. We would definitely stay here again.

Edgewater condo 503. Best condo we ever stayed at. Was so clean and beautiful view. Loved the decorations and warm colors. Amazing, clean pool. My only wish was for a recliner in the living room. The living room chairs weren't comfortable and pillows kept sliding out. Elevator quit for a day, but grateful I wasn't in it when it happened. Had to take the stairs to go to the beach that day with all my stuff from 5th floor. We will be back at that same condo next time.

Loved this complex and the unit!

This is our second time to stay at Edgewater. We love the location because you can walk to so many great places to eat. The access to beach is super easy and the complex is kept up so nicely. The 503 unit was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed including two fabulous beach chairs! The best part is the balcony. We spent hours in the morning and evening on the balcony just staring at the water. We'll be back!

Great Beachfront Getaway

Very well maintained and updated ocean view condo! Very clean. Kitchen offered everything we needed. In unit washer/dryer in nearly new condition. Beautiful balcony with amazing ocean sunrise views. Building has great amenities: secure parking, very well kept pool and hot tub, excellent beach position. Easy walk to many island restaurants, and quick access to the shuttle. SPI Rentals were super friendly and helpful. Relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Great stay

We loved the condo. But the owners need to fix the refrigerator it doesn't shut good I think the seals are bad and the dryer was very hard to operate. Other than these two small things I would definitely go back
