Beachfront Paradise!

Welcome to Florence II #203, a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom beachfront condo located on South Padre Island! This complex is located directly on the beachfront, and has a nice outdoor area with a heated pool! Guests will have a great island vacation in this beautiful condo. The balcony offers fantastic close-up ocean views of the Gulf of Mexico! The living room is spacious, has a flat screen tv, and ample seating which allows plenty of room for guests to sit and relax. Guests will enjoy preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen has all cooking supplies such as pots, pans, and cooking utensils for guests to use. The dining area offers seating for 4 people plus an additional two bar stools are located at the kitchen island. The master bedroom features a king size bed and flat screen tv. The room is spacious and has a great ocean view and easy access to the oceanfront balcony. The master bathroom has a large countertop for guests to use and entails a tub/shower. The guest room has two full beds and a flat screen tv. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower.

The condominium complex also offers an onsite laundry facility for your convenience and is located within walking distance to many local shops, restaurants and entertainment venues!

Every stay at Florence II #203 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

After the 2nd day of construction noise, we had to move to a different condo. In addition, the condo needed serious updating and maintenance. No hot water at the kitchen sink. Broken grab bar in master bath. Wiring with duct tape.Sliding door trip hazard should at the least be marked. Master bed mattress not so good.On the positive the view was amazing.

We traveled from out of state to stay at South Padre Island, but upon arriving at our condo, we discovered bedbugs. The island was completely booked, leaving us with no choice but to leave the same day we arrived and return home early. Our entire vacation was ruined. I’m incredibly disappointed that the condo wasn’t properly inspected before our arrival—something as serious as bedbugs should have been caught and addressed. We spent a lot of money for what turned out to be no vacation at all.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the proximity to beach and access to pool. Property is a bit older and some things in condo are dated. Not as clean as other places we’ve stayed. But, not filthy by any means. Would have liked to have beach towels in unit. Also, beach chairs were rusty, broken, and unusable. Price was really good for location, and having the pool heated made it usable at ALL times.

Not what it appears (Disappointing)

Whole place really outdated, 2nd bedroom’s closet stunk and had mildew. Enough where we didn’t take our clothes out of the suitcase. Fridg looked like it was the original from the 70s. No comparison to what we’re used in Florida for the same price. Never again

Truly, right ON THE BEACH!

We loved this property, the location was just as described! We could go down the elevator, a few steps through the parking garage, past the very nice long lap pool and hot tub, right onto the beach. Shorter walk than last year when we stayed at the Hilton on South Padre. Would definitely choose this property again! Lovely balcony views from the Living room, and master bedroom has its own private balcony! Just beautiful.

Everything we needed

Great place to stay. They even provided toys for the kids to borrow. The only noticeable con was that there was visible wear and tear on the property.

Loved it!!

Three of us stayed in this condo for a weekend at the beach, and we had an INCREDIBLE time. The photos are true to the property, the back window opens directly to the ocean, and it was stocked with everything we needed for a fun, relaxing weekend. It was an amazing stay and we couldn't have asked for anything more!

Location is fantastic! Condo needs updated. Refrigerator is rusted. Guest bathroom needs updated. Shower is only for very short people and shower curtain is too big for such short shower so it wouldn’t stay on bar. Living room furniture is very small so had to sit in dining chairs. No rug on tile floors so sitting on floor wasn’t an option. View and location was great! Parking spot assigned was nice. Elevator was dirty the entire stay. Beds were fine but had spider in master bed alive! Would try again if updated since only steps to beach!

Beach trip

The condo was great right in the beach. Pretty clean but we were on the beach most the time. Only thing was the tv in the rooms they did not work at all. They had to come and update box for one in den. Just need to update TVs in bedrooms. Over all we would love to stay there again!

Easter Break

Over all super nice! Few things could improve on was-include some beach towels. I felt bad I’m using there white towels for that. I was also told each unit had washer & dryer in it. Which there was in building - coin operated ! And also told there was a grill we could use- there wasn’t one there either. But over all our family had a great time!

Cute condo with amazing beach view

It was just what we needed, planning a last minute trip to South Padre. We were mostly on the beach and not in the condo, but did use the sleeping and kitchen facilities and everything was adequate for what we needed. The beach view was gorgeous from the balcony. We walked to Claytons and Wanna Wanna on the beach from our condo.
