Casa sull'oceano ultra moderna! 5108A è un'elegante casa sull'oceano con 5 camere da letto, 5 bagni e 1/2 e può ospitare fino a 14 persone. Attraversa la porta in una cucina incontaminata e completamente attrezzata dotata di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e una grande isola centrale. La planimetria a concetto aperto consente a te e ai tuoi ospiti di fluire attraverso la cucina, la zona pranzo e il soggiorno, rendendolo una casa perfetta per intrattenere la famiglia e gli amici. Il soggiorno dispone di una grande TV a schermo piatto e si apre sull'area della piscina.

Il piano terra dispone di una camera per gli ospiti dotata di un letto king size e bagno privato. Altre tre camere con letti King, Queen e Full-size, nonché bagni privati, si trovano al secondo piano, insieme alla Master Suite e allo spazio aggiuntivo per dormire con un letto a castello Twin size, ideale per bambini o ragazzi. La Master Suite comprende un letto king size, TV a schermo piatto, balcone privato con vista sull'oceano e bagno privato Master. Il bagno ha un'incredibile vasca da bagno, cabina doccia, grande vanità con doppio lavandino e specchio cosmetico ben illuminato.

SPI was wonderful --- I was originally skeptical as dealings with VRBO was extremely hard to get answers but once we arrived on the island the SPI people were easy to contact and although we had no major issues we needed them for the minimal contact we had left no doubt it would be easier than getting a hold of VRBO.

This was a wonderful experience. The property is so clean and laid out so well. The air conditioner kept the place so cool and comfortable. The furniture is comfortable, the beds are great, the pool and hot tub were delightful. Everything was functional user friendly. During our stay we had a few small questions, so we simply texted the office and they responded within minutes. Top notch property. Can't wait to book this very place again!

The process of booking, check in & checkout was easy. Staff were friendly & helpful. The house was lovely-nicely decorated, very nice amenities. I was impressed with Viking kitchen appliances and cookware/dishes were plentiful for our group. Nice pool & hot tub, quick access to beach. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Family Getaway

The location and view are spectacular. The living room furniture could use some updating. It took awhile to get hot water for dishes and shower, but it did get hot after waiting. The place was clean and the management company quickly responded to any concerns. Very spacious living area with large bedrooms were definitely a plus. Overall, we loved it and would stay here again.

Lovely Property

Good location. Very nice house. The private pool was a real plus! The SPI people were fantastic! It makes a real difference to have local contacts. A few things to note: Our stay was Sun—Thursday. Therefore, we weren’t there for any live music events at the nearby Wanna Wanna. Also, the boardwalk they to the beach is shared between units A and B. If you are in unit A, the guests from unit B will be crossing in front of your pool area throughout the day as they go back and forth to the beach.

Great Location

Place was clean and spacious. Perfect for our family. Cannot beat location for kids and adults. Appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards left in garage. We added umbrellas and some more boards.

Great Place Great Location

Exactly as described. Close to many shops bars restaurants if you don’t mind walking. The Island shuttle bus is always available. The pool and hot tub were used almost every day. Right next to the beach for daily walks. Nice size grill to cook dinner for several people. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely book here again. Great place. Love SPI.

Great beach house

This was a great beach house to rent. The house was clean and well maintained. The location was fantastic and was walkable to many restaurants. The only minor issue we had was we had trouble getting the hot tub to warm up, short of that it was perfect.

Very clean property and wonderful location!

After years of vacationing at southern California oceanfront properties, we have learned to not get our hopes up in regard to how well the property maintenance and cleanliness is. This house was a very pleasant surprise; incredibly clean and just as described in the add. We will definitely return to this beautiful home! The ONLY negative was the rental office requiring masks to enter... not what we were looking forward to dealing with while vacationing away from our incredibly liberal state... Can't fault the home though, it was perfect!

Fantastic and Spacious Beach House

This property was perfect for our family getaway! My partner & her parents, my sister-in-law, our teenage daughter, my mother and myself all were able to stay in this spacious, clean and comfortable beach house for almost a full week without infringing on each other’s space at all. This is not an easy feat, and one we have tried to accomplish in several other vacation properties around the US, as this is our Thanksgiving tradition, and this house was one of the best we have rented. Not only is the location ideal for beachcombing, relaxing, and visiting the local shops and restaurants, it is well laid out and offers plenty of sleeping and living space for all. We could have easily fit another 2-3 family members into the space, if only they had the time off from work. We were able to prepare a few small meals, but with so many great restaurants nearby, it was hard to justify staying in and cooking. I would definitely stay here again with a big group and would suggest it to any large families as a great getaway !

Great Vacation House

We stayed at 5108A Gulf Blvd in South Padre Island. Great house, terrific access to beach, well stocked, everything you need. Would rent again. you won't be disappointed.

Great property and location!

This property was very nice. Even better than pictured. Fully stocked kitchen and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The only issue we had that was minor was the upstairs cooling unit. The upstairs area did not cool off as well as the downstairs.

Property was great and was as expected. Right on the beach and good location on the island. Swimming pool and hot tub are fantastic after we figured out how to adjust the temperature. Would have been nice to have some kitchen towels.

Master room has mildew odor; unacceptable for this type of property No garage opener offered by owner Only one key of two keys worked to front door Broken beach chairs in garage I’ve travelled all over the world. Not going to belittle this property. Hopefully new owner will fix this place up.

Beach Paradise

This property is as advertised. We loved it the minute we opened the front door. The sound of the crashing ocean waves were so relaxing. The rental company is on top of everything if you have a need. Can't wait to stay here again.

Awesome house, LOTS of oppty for improvement

This is an awesome house and we had a great stay. That said, there are a lot of opportunities to make it better and more convenient for guests. It's a lot of little things, but they would make a big difference: - There are no instructions for heating the pool/spa, and it is *not* an intuitive system. Luckily someone in our group was able to figure it out but I can't imagine most people could. - Lacking in supplies overall: 1 kitchen garbage bag, 2 kitchen towels, small amounts of dishwashing soap, no laundry detergent, etc. My experience with rentals like this is that a small supply of paper and cleaning products are already provided for guests' convenience. Lack of garbage bags was most surprising and inconvenient. Not all of the bathrooms had waste cans, either. - Master bath had issues with hot water; it seemed to only work sporadically and you had to let it run a really long time (wasting water). - No grill supplies so we weren't able to use the grill at all which was very disappointing. - There are no floor mats by any of the doors which is most troublesome by the sliding glass doors to the pool area. Top level of patio outside the doors gets extremely slippery when wet - a few mats would help this become a bigger problem... - No blankets in living room (or extras in closets). All that said, it is a beautiful house exactly as pictured/described. I'd stay again but would go in knowing all that's outlined above so that we could plan better for a more comfortable, convenient stay.
