Bright & Cozy Beachfront Condo with Balcony and Private Beach Access

Experience the ultimate vacation rental at South Padre Island. You'll be welcomed into a modern and fully-furnished one bedroom and one bathroom apartment that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

A perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax and unwind. There are endless options for local activities & restaurants in the area.

Please note that pet fees are $75 per pet. VRBO only charges you for the first pet so we will send an additional request for $75 per all extra pets after the 1st.

It's all about the beach and this unit has one of the best private beach accesses! You'll be in awe of this newly designed space, with comfortable beds, chairs, and more to ensure a stylish and comfortable stay.

You'll want to spend lots of time on the balcony taking in the ocean side view while sitting in the balcony chairs and sipping on a cold drink in the afternoon or coffee in the morning!

The private beach access is just an elevator ride away, as are the oversized heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment.

Nothing beats the luxury of private beach access—just seconds from your door to the sandy shore!

You will have access to all of condo 314, plus common areas: coin or app operated laundry rooms (one on the 1st floor, one on the 3rd floor), patio area with swimming pool and hot tub, one parking space (not assigned, use any available spot MUST have parking permit and a spot is NOT guaranteed), lawn in back, fish-cleaning station and private stairs/path to beach with body and foot shower.

You may be required to provide valid ID and pay a security deposit. Pets have a $75 per pet fee.

✔ La Internacional has a very nice pool which is heated in the winter.
✔ AC and heating is available.
✔ The space is professionally cleaned after each stay.
✔ Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the building.
✔ There are cameras at every entrance/exit facing outwards from the home. Cameras and the internet may not be covered, turned off, or manipulated in any way.
✔ We recommend you purchase your own travel insurance.

We had a great stay! This unit is nice because it has a hallway on one side and exterior wall on the other and being 3rd floor it was quiet. Nice clean pool area with a nice hot tub area. Next door to wanna wanna but also has its own beach access. Side view of the ocean off a 2 chair balcony is what they show in the pics. Comfy couch and beds. Heat and ac work great we used both on our wild weather january trip! New Keureg, nice oven and had everything we needed in the kitchen. I would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful South Padre get-a-way

Very cozy comfortable one bedroom condo, very clean and quiet at night. Highly recommend renting a good price for the wonderful stay.

Comfortable condo

I really enjoyed this condo. I didn't give it a 5 because the beach view is suboptimal. The condo is clean and well appointed. The kitchen has lots of utensils, pots, pans, and dishes. There is good seating in the living room and the bedroom has two comfortable queen beds. There are two nice TV's. The deck only has a partial view of the gulf. If you lean to the side you can see the water and the beach. If you stand up the view is better. This is the reason I didn't give it a 5. I'll be returning next year.
