You pay for location, buuuut… be prepared to be inconvenienced.

Upon arrival, the checkin instructions say to checkin with the Inverness property attendant to get parking pass so we did. The lady there was rude when I was trying to confirm and repeat back what she said about the key fobs and the gates. Really made me full stop, in shock. Not welcoming at all. The condo was cute, but all of the floors inside were very very very sandy. It took until day 2 to find that the 2nd bathroom was behind the master door. (Weird) We tried to cook but the vent hood fan may be messed up as it did not vent the food fumes. One day we were walking out of the center beach access and some of the buildings maintenance men from the building were spraying the balconies off above and sprayed dirty water directly on top of us soaking our clothes, all over our towels and beach stuff. It was absolutely disgusting to say the least and stunk like beer. Beware there are NO SIGNS in the center beach access from the condo that tell you not to set up before 9am. Nor does the “host” tell you. We went out and started our day @8:15am and was enjoying our time with the kids playing, when the code enforcement people on 4wheelers come and forces us to take all our items off the beach! Like what!?! We are here to enjoy the beach. Not even a warning. It ruined our vacation. We have never heard of something like that. We are beach bums from the North Padre area and can freely enjoy our beaches there. North Padre island is way better TBH. Will not be returnin

Great View

The apartment and building are located in a wonderful area. The apartment pillows were thin, the sheets and towels were cheap. We had to buy lightbulbs as the lamp in the living room and bedroom were out. Deck furniture is rusting. Nothing horrible, just like staying at a motel 8 in a five star budding.
