Escape to this charming 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Island Retreat at 132 E. Kingfish, just steps from South Texas's breathtaking beaches. Perfectly located near local restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, this home offers the ideal blend of relaxation and convenience.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests (maximum occupancy of 17), this spacious home is perfect for family gatherings or large group getaways.

In the living room, you'll find a futon that comfortably sleeps 2 more guests, along with a couch and a loveseat that offer alternative sleeping spaces. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots, pans, and cooking utensils, invites you to prepare your favorite meals. The expansive living room, with a flat-screen TV, flows easily into the upstairs balcony, where you can enjoy South Padre Island's tropical weather. Both the front and back balconies offer partial ocean views and views of the island's stunning fireworks displays.

The large, oversized driveway allows parking for up to 5 vehicles, and there's also a garage for your convenience.

Beach gear included! We've partnered with VayKLife, a beach gear delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to our guests! All gear is delivered to your property on your arrival and picked up hassle-free when you depart!

Every stay at Island Retreat includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

Great stay and walking distance to beach

It was a great house, perfect for our group we had 8 adults and three kids, right on the island and walking distance from the beach, it was great stay definitely will book next time!!!!

Grear location but

This is a great location for a close walk to the beach. The air condition works very well. The garbage disposal was clogged when we got there but when I called the office they sent maintenance right away and they fixed it. The beds are not comfortable at all. It was pretty difficult to sleep and we woke up with a lot of back pain. I thought the frame was going to fall apart every time I barely moved. The pillows and the matresses were stained and there was hair in the sheets when we got there. We called the office and they came with clean sheets right away. There was a gigantic roach in the bedroom downsrairs but i guess thats might be expected at the beach. The water heater was not very hot. The refrigerator door opens facing the wall and not toward the kitchen. That was awkward. Also the microwave turntable did not work. The diswasher is not screwed in properly and comes out on the right side. The toaster oven does not work properly and tears up the bread and pieces fall through it. Also you cannot read numbers in the stove to know if it is high low or on because it is electric. Other than all of that we had a nice time because we were with our family and friends. But i do not think it was worth the price at all. Now if they were to replace the stained pillows and put comfortable matresses then it would have been worth the price and they could actually say it is luxurious but it was not. The house was nice but the comfort was under average.
