Step out onto the spacious balcony for a frosty beverage – the grill will be perfect for a simple dinner later – but now it’s time to hit the beach or oceanfront pool and hot tub. After soaking up some rays, head back upstairs to relax in the central AC.

The chef will love prepping meals in the spacious kitchen, featuring a full suite of stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the gadgets they need. Dine together at the table for six, or pull up a barstool to keep it casual. Get comfortable on the large sectional while you stream your favorite shows. Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem, the bedrooms feature TVs as well and the main bedroom features that amazing view. At the end of the evening, step back out onto the balcony and watch the stars come up over the Gulf – and toast your good luck at booking the perfect Padre getaway.

Anyone staying at Saida Towers between the ages of 10-32 years or considered to be participating in Spring Break activities will be required to purchase and wear a security wristband. This policy will be enforced from Spring Break and Holy Week. (Proper identification required.)The cost per wristband will be $25 plus tax (17%). Please be aware guests will be asked to leave the property immediately if they do not have a valid security wristband. This policy will be strictly enforced by security.

If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
