Fabulous Updated Ground Floor 1/2 block to the beach!

  • Welcome to Rain Dancer #3. You are going to fall in love with this fabulous condo from Rent On Padre. It is updated and only a half a block to the beach. Even better is it is ground floor and has its own garden patio out back. You will enjoy being walking distance from the Gulf of Mexico and the Entertainment district.

    Take a look at this kitchen. Between the granite and the stainless steel appliances, you will love being in here. Everything you need to make this your home away from home. You will want to return year after year.

    The Primary bedroom is a king size bed. The en suite has a shower with handrails. The second bedroom has both a queen and a twin. The attached bathroom has a shower/bathtub. You also have a sleeper sofa. This condo sleeps 6.

    Please note, this condo does not allow Spring Break Students. During the month of March, this condo is only allowed to be rented by the month. Young groups will not be allowed to rent here.

    Nearby activities include Golf, Water Park (seasonal), Surf Fishing, Bay Fishing, Deep Sea Fishing, Boating, Canoeing, Kayaking, Hiking, Fitness Center, Miniature Golf, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Museums, Beachcombing, Horseback Riding, Nightlife, and many, many, restaurants.

Our stay at the beach condo was everything we hoped for. The condo itself was incredibly cozy, very clean, giving our family an immediate beach vibe from the moment we stepped inside. Easy beach access just around the corner from the street made it incredibly convenient. Highly recommended!

The kids enjoyed the pool and the property was quiet and very family friendly. We loved it so much that we wished we had just one more night. We are grateful to have found Rent on Padre and hope to book again in the future! Thanks for making our time memorable.
