    Splendida casa sulla spiaggia con vista sull'oceano e sulla spiaggia! Questa lussuosa casa al mare offre tutti i comfort! La casa dispone di 4 camere da letto e 3. 5 bagni. Ogni camera è spaziosa e arredata con gusto. La grande camera da letto principale si affaccia sulle spiagge di sabbia dorata di South Padre Island. Questa casa ha una piscina privata e vasca idromassaggio e offre accesso privato alla spiaggia dal cortile !!

Family Christmas to New Year Vacation

The property was everything we thought it would be. We enjoyed, walks on the beach, as well as playing in the pool and sitting in the hot tub in the evening, watching this sunrise and moon coming up almost every day.

Beautiful beach house!

House was beautiful, clean, and there was enough towels for all guests for the entire duration of our stay. Kitchen had everything! Beds and bedding were beautiful and very comfortable. Plenty of seating by the pool. Lovely view.

Totally satisfied. We arrived early and SPI Rentals worked with us to get in the house ahead of check in. The entire process from check in to checkout was simple. We had one issue which was handled quickly and efficiently. The property was clean and well maintained. SPI Rentals will be our agency from now on.

House and location was nice. Beach towels and small chairs would have been nice since it is on the beach. Hard to bring those things when you fly.4 bedrooms so would have been nice to have 8 chairs at the table.

Worth Every Penny!

This is my second time renting this townhome. The views are breathtaking, the townhouse is super clean & spacious, and your own private pool with hot tub makes it extra special! I will definitely be returning to this SPI Rental location!

Very relaxing family vacation

This is a great beach rental for families. It is right on the beach so easy to go back and forth to the condo. Also, having a pool, the kids could go from the beach to the pool and late afternoon the pool was in the shade so after a long day at the beach they could still be in the water but out of the sun. The condo had everything needed for a week's long stay, including beach toys. We cooked in all but one night and had ample dishes to use. It was a very relaxing family vacation.

Lovely condo on the beach

3 generations of family (senior mid aged and young adults) had a wonderful time at this spacious, lovely condo on the beach. Only disappointment was small size of pool.

Fabulous Accommodations - Perfect for kids and larger families

We were simply thrilled with the accommodations. The minimalist decor made managing small children much easier than other homes and the kitchen was well-stocked. The house, patio, and pool were sparkling clean and the beds were comfortable. At one point we had an issue with the fridge (as can happen) and management was responsive and had it fixed in impressive time. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Family Beach vacation

Family of six. Vacation/reunion. Clean spacious property, Near everything. Great beach views and access. Easily operable, hot tub. Property host with quick response and easy contact. Only deficit is lack of some usual amenities. You will have to bring your own salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee filters, beach towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, etc. but overall, great times!

Perfect winter retreat!

We rented this beautiful ocean front home for a month in February. We rented thru SPI Rentals and Marina was so great to work with, as she listened to our wants and needs and helped us find this wonderful place. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. When we did have a small maintenance issue, SPI was right on it and a shout out to David for being a great help to us. The communication with all of the representatives at SPI was immediate and very friendly. Thank you to all of you who made our time in South Padre the best yet and we will see you again next year, if not before.

Great property, great service

First time to SPI, but it won't be our last. The property easily accommodated 6 adults and two young children. Spacious, walk onto the beach, a nice plunge pool w/spa, well-equipped. I asked if the propane bottle had enough gas, they checked it and ended up bringing a new gas grill because they thought the one there looked bad. What service! Great job, guys.

Very nice beach house but be careful to not leave anything behind

Stayed here for Labor Day weekend and paid almost $5,000 I left my AirPods Pro headphones behind and notified the office immediately since we live 5 hours away. They said they would advise housekeeping. Today my AirPods showed up in Port Isabel which is across the bridge. Waiting to hear back since housekeeping should be insured and bonded
