Immaginatevi a South Padre Island ..... gustando il caffè del mattino mentre ammirate splendide viste sul Golfo del Messico ..... o rilassandovi a bordo piscina con una bevanda fresca nel pomeriggio. Questa bella casa sulla spiaggia si trova direttamente dall'altra parte della strada da un accesso aperto alla spiaggia e offre tutti i comfort che ti faranno tornare anno dopo anno.

Alcune delle sue caratteristiche includono un'oasi cortile privato recintato con piscina riscaldata e centro benessere, un bar all'aperto super divertente con frigorifero, ice maker, lavello, grill, un grande ponte per intrattenere, una doccia esterna e una camera matrimoniale con vista sull'oceano. E 'situato in posizione centrale vicino a negozi di alimentari, negozi, ristoranti e divertimenti. Margaritas Beachfront Bar and Grill è direttamente dall'altra parte della strada.

La casa è stata splendidamente decorata con colori vivaci e decorazioni che sono rappresentative della nostra isola e delle culture messicane. Ospita comodamente 22 ospiti in materassi morbidi e letti confortevoli. Ci sono due cucine in questa proprietà ... ..la principale, grande cucina al secondo piano e una cucina più piccola al primo piano. I 4 bagni sono tutti dotati di docce walk-in, phon e asciugamani in abbondanza. C'è un mezzo bagno situato sul livello di vita principale.

Abbiamo un bel po 'di cose da spiaggia per il tuo divertimento ... .. asciugamani, sedie da spiaggia, refrigeratori, tavole da boogie, giocattoli di sabbia, carri da spiaggia e diverse biciclette.

La nostra casa sulla spiaggia è un pet friendly, casa vacanze in famiglia. Il viaggiatore che ha effettuato la prenotazione deve avere almeno 25 anni. Per Spring Break / Semana Santa tutti gli ospiti in affitto devono rispettare una restrizione solo per famiglie.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Our family really enjoyed it. My only suggestion would be to add a ladder or handrails or something to make getting in and out of the pool/hot tub easier. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Fantastic service

SPI did a fantastic job supporting us during our time on South Padre. The property was exactly what we were looking for for the week, and when we discovered a small issue with the AC late in the evening, they sent a handyman at 10pm to fix the issue right away. Will definitely be utilizing SPI Rentals whenever we come back to the island!

I can’t say enough good things about this property and the hosts! The home was absolutely beautiful, and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants and bars. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and the house was plenty stocked with kitchen equipment, beach chairs, towels, etc. The hosts were kind and responsive as well. Our crew cannot wait to make a stay here a yearly tradition :)

Senior Trip 2023 plus a couple of moms

We had a wonderful time! There were 11 girls and 4 moms and we had plenty of room for all of us. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We also had everything we needed for all of us for our days at the beach or out by the pool.

Mexican Home for a Mexican Family

We had a fabulous stay at this home. Two washer/driers really made the whole trip with so many people smooth! The pool was a comfortable temperature, beds cozy, and plenty of balconies! The beach was a very quick walk. Property manager was available to handle questions very fast! Thank you, we had a fabulous time!

Clean and Cozy

The house is smaller than it appears in photos but it worked out fine…plenty of privacy with private bathrooms! Only complaint was climbing two flights of stairs for our elderly guests! Some spaces were tight like the entry and the kitchen for a larger group like we had but we made it work!! House was very clean and colorful!!

Warm and friendly atmosphere! Great location! Simple walk to beach! Pool and outdoor area was well set up! We were somewhat disappointed with living room and dining room space, pictures were somewhat deceptive. It appeared to be much more spacious than it actually was. Porch umbrella nested to be repaired for additional shaded space for meals for number of people that were being accommodated! Rooms and bedding were excellent! Suggest a larger coffee pot for hosting large groups. We enjoyed our stay.

SPIR service is outstanding! Super responsive and helpful. As for the house itself-mostly well stocked-highly recommend putting some more dish towels in there, and we couldn't find any kitchen scissors which would be helpful. The cushions on the patio furniture off the kitchen/living area desperately need to be replaced. The hot tub never got hot. Overall, this is a really great house for a large family to share as long as everyone is incredibly mobile and can handle the stairs, (two steep staircases of 15 stairs each). The outdoor kitchen is fantastic. Great proximity to the beach. If you pruned the palm trees in front of the house, it would really open up the view from the top level to the water. The beds are super comfortable and plenty of linens. Great TVs and lots of room to spread out. We had a great time!

Fun place

This house has it all for a fun stay. There are stairs galore so if mobility is an issue or toddlers in your group you might rethink it. There are comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. The pool and hot tub were divine and we used them daily. There are plenty of towels, which was so nice. Also two sets of washers and dryers were great to have. The kitchen has every gadget you can think of. The location is nice; close to the beach and on a fairly quiet part of Gulf Drive. There are a lot of places to relax outside. Overall a fun place that we would rent again.

Three family holiday

We had three separate families who came together for a holiday week at the beach. Everybody had plenty of (very clean) space, and the location was perfect. Easy to let the kids walk over to the beach, and a short walk or bike ride to local businesses. The tandem bike was a hit! The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware... Enough to cook up a Thanksgiving feast for 12. Lots of towels both in the bathrooms and for the pool. Great laundry facilities, etc. Already making plans to return!

More lovely than it looks...

In a location very close to the heart of SPI, this home is beautifully decorated and very pleasing to the eye. Little touches abound throughout the house, and we never tired of finding something new. The home was clean, the appliances were all far nicer than one usually finds, and the furniture was all comfy and plush. Outdoor bar was great for afternoons, and the pool was just right for laps in the morning, and loafing in the afternoon. The beach was truly a short walk away, as my 89-year-old Mom was easily able to get down to the sand with us and watch her grandkids goof off in the surf. The provided beach cart and beach furniture was nicer than the stuff we brought! Truly a fine property!

We had a large group of family. We were there for 5 nights. The location and access to the beach was unbeatable. The pool was fantastic. The home was beautiful and we had plenty of room for our large group. The flat grill in the poolside kitchen was amazing for cooking for us! The only minor thing was outdoor furniture could use a little update (when we say on the iron table and chairs on the deck we had paint chips all over us). I feel that is should be mentioned in the overall info they do not keep any paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper at all in the house you need to buy your own. Loved the trip. We had 3 people with us who had never seen the ocean and it was a blast! Great home

🤩 Amazing

We booked two weeks before the Holiday which was shockingly surprising that this home was even available. The weather was not what we hoped for early in the week and left us no choice but to remain indoors. Ages 75-2 years old all under one roof, can you imagine? Two Seniors, 8 adults, 3 teens, 2 of ten years, a 5,4 and a 2 year old. Just so you have a clear picture 🤪 The lay out of this home accommodated ALL of us comfortably, it was absolutely perfect!!! It is fully stocked with everything you will need and more. The outdoor kitchen was an added bonus the Men did enjoy. The kids also had a chance to enjoy the heated pool. Now I’ve rented a few homes here on the island the past five years, this one here is definitely a Treasure I’m glad I found. We will definitely be renting this home again.

The main problem I have with this rental experience was the check in process. We arrived early from Houston, at approximately 2:40. I called to get the keypad access code hoping the house was ready a little early. I was told they were waiting on the inspection team to issue an all clear for check in, which they had yet to receive. So we waited in the driveway. After peering through the window and noticing all bedding made and house in order I called back only to receive the same message that the inspection team had not given the all clear yet. Clearly the home was ready and the customer service reps were incapable of giving us access to the home. So we waited. I called again at 3:40, was immediately disconnected and then miraculously received a text with the access info. The house was ready early when we got there and stated in the contract that the house would be accessible if ready early, which it was not. No one came by to check the home why we were waiting, it was ready the whole time. The process needs to be improved with the customers needs in mind. And the A/C drain pipe located in the upstairs bathroom shower needs to be moved, it drips on you while you shower which can't be sanitary. Aside from that, the house was great for our party.
