Enjoy stunning Gulf and pool views throughout the condo, which features high-end furnishings, a custom kitchen, and two private balconies. Beach days are made simple with private beach access and resort amenities at your fingertips. When dining out, find Italian, American, and seafood restaurants located within walking distance. Spend a fun-filled day at the famed Schlitterbahn Beach & Water Park, a short walk away. For more adventure, hire a private charter to go deep-sea fishing, or bring your own pole and head 1.5 miles south to the jetties.

Spend fun-filled days by the sparkling ocean or at two resort-style pools. Enjoy an indulgent treatment at the on-site spa. Gaze at stunning Gulf views from the sophisticated living area, equipped with comfortable seating and dramatic 10' ceilings. Kick back and watch a movie on the 55” TV. The chef in your group will love the well-equipped kitchen. Granite tilework lines the sparkling space, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and custom cabinetry.

Enjoy the coastal breeze on the private balcony, which features amazing views of the pool and Gulf. In the evening, dine alfresco at the table. Across the hall from the condo, another private balcony facing the bay has a bistro table and a gas grill.

Things to Know
Upon arrival, Guests who made the reservation must present a valid ID at the front desk. They must be accompanied by only members of their immediate family. For purposes of renting during these times, “family” is defined to include only members within the first degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g., parents, grandparents (including in-laws), and children). (Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.) No two families can share one condo. The front desk will NOT allow check-in if the renters do not meet these requirements.
GUESTS: No guests are permitted to Renters. Primary guests must be at least 25 years old year-round. Wristbands are required to be worn at all times. A resort Fee of $15/day will be charged to renters, fees are capped at $150 per 30-day period.

RULES for Spring Break and Holy Week: OCCUPANCY: The Primary Renter must be 30 years of age or older, as verified by a government-issued ID, and accompanied by only members of their immediate family. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location and available amenities in our condo and in the building were excellent. We had such a great time at the pool on the beach and it was so easy to come back to the room for meals and to clean off and enjoy a movie. Would definitely recommend and come again in the future

First time visitors to Sapphire. Came with husband and kids (5,3). Overall, not bad. Toddler friendly? Not really. We found the listing somewhat inaccurate and thus the stay a little disappointing:-the condo only has ONE balcony and “views” from the master bedroom and living/kitchen area. The “second” balcony is across the interior hall OUTSIDE the unit through an unmarked door and overlooks the parking lots and yes sunsets over the bridge. -The listing said you had gulf and pool views “throughout” the condo. However, the second bed/bath had no windows and thus no views, also no dressers, it had one closet with no hangers, to unpack your kids. -the hot water did not initially work, but that was short lived. However water pressure was not good and the bath in the hallway did not have a drain or a working shower. No problem for us bc our kids preferred the other bathtub.-the girl at check in did not tell us the numbers handwritten on a sticker (not waterproof) on our key card were for the pool/gym or that there was a code needed to get back in the gate from the beach. Also not allowed in margarittaville pool area without their wristband. -the website says 2 pools. There’s only one. This unit overlooked 2 pools. Margarittaville pool and Sapphire. The sapphire has ONE long 4’ deep pool that ends with a small kids area pool. Maybe they consider this 2 pools? No access to Marg. pool.-no directions about codes, supplies, pool, trash, anywhere inside the unit.

Awesome place to stay...Even at 56 years old the complex had some very restrictive rules, and watching others being threatened to be "removed" from the property was a bit silly.

My sister and I each brought our daughters to enjoy some relaxing family bonding. The condo was comfortable and clean, the view was absolutely beautiful, and we enjoyed exploring SPI and realxing at the gorgeous pool. Thank you!

The information for the Sapphire is very misleading and not up to date. The checkin process is a joke, it took over an hour to check in, we had multiple families with us using multiple agencies and the same missing form for everyone. The Sapphire no pet policy must only apply to visiting guests, as our unit was covered with dog hair. The onsite bar/restaurant and heated pool was closed due to remodeling and that alone would have change our decision. No availability at the spa, so if that’s your plan check before you book it!

There was no information sent over for my reservation upon check in. The front desk called VACASSA the host for my condo and he gave some excuse about an employee not being there . That's none of my concern and an unacceptable reason. My reservation was made 2 weeks prior and paid in full. I was not After a 6 hour drive I was not in any mood to fill out all information AGAIN. So in the future probaly won't stay in a condo hosted by this company. I prefer dealing directly with owners

We all had a great time. Our first visit to South Padre. Surprised at how nice people were in the area. Thoroughly enjoyed are visit. We will be coming back. Heads up buy toiletries they have enough to get you to about the third day.
