Situato a meno di un isolato di distanza dalle spiagge sabbiose di South Padre Island e anche a breve distanza a piedi dal quartiere dei divertimenti, non sarai mai lontano da un buon momento. C'è un inventario limitato di proprietà che offrono alloggi così grandi, quindi non aspettare che sia troppo tardi e prenota subito!

Summer family trip

Over all, great property. Property has lots of rooms for a multi family trip. Place was clean upon arrival. Lots of kitchen supplies available. I had one problem that really bothered us, the pool was always too warm. Maintenance came out but said they could not do anything... Pool did not feel great and according to them the heat setting was off. The beds may need a little upgrade but it was fine we only slept on beds at bedtime.

Good House

The triplex was nice since there was so many of us and we had what we needed. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the twin beds were like sleeping on bricks. Also had a water leak in one of the rooms downstairs and they came out and looked at it but just had my family move to a different room. Overall stay was okay.

Together but separate

There was plenty room for reunion . Carpet needs removing ( gross). Would be better if there was a pass threw door on top units (like in hotels). It felt to separated. Not enough indoor space for everyone to gather. No dishwasher so be prepared to hand wash everything. Needs more shade around pool.

Family Vacation.

The set up was perfect for the 17 family/friends who stayed. The teens were able to go to the beach when they wanted. We used the downstairs area as the main kitchen. The house was centrally located to everything and within walking distance.

Family Oasis

If you are looking for space, privacy and still have a place to gather together this is the place. A pool area that can accommodate the whole family and its heated. The kids love it. The beach is at walking distance it was a great time for us.

Had a great time. Enjoyed property. Beds sucked. But everything else was good. Little outdated but not horrible. Needed mowed. Pool area could of been cleaner.

Good for families

Nice stay, nice location, pool, bbq pits, washer and dryer, kitchen stocked, 3 units. Could clean pool, add washer and dryer, new furnishings and blankets, add dishwashers, tile stairs going in are dangerous, smelled like smoke, other than that was still a nice stay! Location mattered most.

Love it!

I booked this home for our big family and wow! We all fell in love with the house. We all got a house but we still used unit 1 as our family gathering for breakfast. Each unit was clean and just perfect. The pool was a big hit even though we went to visit for the beach. The beach was walking distance along with other stores. We will be coming back every year and book with SPI!! Thank y’all again :)

Overall the property was excellent. The distance to the beach was very good. The pool was very good, but the heating unit was not on when we arrived. My son-in-law is an electrician and was able to get it going. My only other negative, was that there were not enough dish towels and there were not any dust pans. We had a fantastic time.

Our Padre stay

The location is great, the property is spacious and will accommodate large families very nicely. The apartments could have been a little cleaner, minor things like ceiling fans, shower door tracks. One neighbor is not very nice and will call the rental property manager to complain about everything, so they send someone out to check on you to see what’s going on.. we also had issues getting in this property. It was not ready until after 4:30, and the keys they gave us did not work, so we had to go back to the rental office several times. But, overall it is a great location, beach is very close, and the property is great for Hanging out and enjoying friends, and family.

Dirty and uncomfortable

Let me start by saying the place was not available when we arrived, it was still being cleaned. They had me going back and forth to get keys when they were there all along. After a 10 hour drive, this is not what I needed. Second the place was not cleaned well at all and with the pandemic it was a scary mess. There are double beds in the master of one of the units and all the beds were very uncomfortable with springs coming through. With what the rental fees are for these units it needs to be updated and clean. My granddaughter dropped something behind the dresser in #1, when she reached behind it she came up with a used condom. The floors and counter tops in #2 were filthy. In the 23 years we’ve come to SPI vacation, we have never experienced such filth.

A lot of room for larger families

Great stay overall, good location. Lots of amenities. Called to speak to supervisors and they came right away. The tables under the carport breezeway were nice. Only 1 washer & dryer for large condo. One thing that we didn't realize, the 'Unit 3' was on the ground floor - the smallest condo. Not ideal for large family to hang out. Pool area had no shade, so you need to bring your umbrellas or canopy. Lots of parking for everyone. Not far from convenience stores.

It was beautiful but no privacy for us!

The house was amazing and the beach was super close. Our main problem was there was an AC issue in one of the units and it wouldn’t cool off. The problem ended up being so bad that they came out every single day that we were there. So the people in unit 2 were not happy about that,not to mention they worked the most in the master suit which belong to a couple that had just gotten engaged. They were upset that the man pulled all their stuff out of the closet and was continuously in there off and on. Also upon arrival they didn’t have anything ready I had to sit there for a long time waiting for them to sort out the keys like I didn’t pre rent this place month in advance and had already been on the road for hours. With multiple employees(that I could see) I felt they could have that kind of thing ready for you knowing that that property is being rented that day. Last and not a big issue but still a hiccup for a few of my guests When we got to the unit the garage key didn’t work so no one could wash clothes till the morning.

Very nice

The house was great for our whole family. Plenty of room for everyone. Although not stated in the description it does have a washer and dryer. Could use some laundry baskets to transport the laundry. Would definitely stay here again. The weather wasn't the greatest but we found plenty of things to do on the Island.

Very nice and large Home.

The house was very nice and large. The kid's loved the rooms and the beach. The beach was right down the street and less than a couple of minutes walk. The outdoors was great and pool was a little chilly. Great place for families get together and holiday. We enjoyed the family time and vacation. The house has plenty of space and room. The staff is friendly and helpful. The check in was smooth and easy. The check out was quick and easy too. I will definitely recommend SPI rental to everyone and this house. It's a great place for friends and family get togethers.
