Tiki # 140 è di proprietà di Jackie e Jim Gallup. Il nostro condominio è una delle sole cinque unità al piano terra Tiki che si affacciano e verso sud. Si tratta di un grande condominio "B" di 712 piedi quadrati, più grande delle più piccole unità "E" di una camera da letto di 580 piedi quadrati. Tiki # 140 si trova nell'edificio Tiki East più vicino alla spiaggia, i condomini 'E' sono nell'edificio ad ovest vicino all'ufficio. Il nostro condominio è a 25 passi dall'accesso alla spiaggia privata Tiki e ha tutto il necessario per un weekend o una settimana in spiaggia. L'appartamento è vicino alla tua auto, lontano dal Clayton's Beach Bar e la costruzione del nuovo Marriott Hotel. Ci sono nuove porte scorrevoli per mantenere il vostro condominio tranquillo. È tra i migliori condomini Tiki 'B' e il Gallup lo offre al prezzo più basso.

Tiki # 140 ha un letto king size nella camera da letto e 2 poltrone e 2 divani letto nel soggiorno. C'è una cucina aggiornato e bagno ristrutturato con una cabina doccia. Abbiamo 2 TV a schermo piatto, Wi-Fi e cavo con 6 canali HBO. Forniamo biancheria, asciugamani da bagno e da spiaggia e una cucina completa. Il condominio ha lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina per il caffè, frullatore, asciugacapelli, ventilatori a soffitto, deumidificatore e molto altro.

Famiglie Tiki Condominium si trova all'estremità nord di SPI. Attraverso Padre Blvd è Sea Turtle Inc. e SPI Birding and Nature Center. (Vedi foto di rilascio tartaruga.) Nelle vicinanze si trova il golf presso lo SPI Golf Club a Laguna VIsta, lo zoo Gladys Porter a Brownsville, il parco acquatico Schlitterbahn SPI e in visita al confine con il confine di Progresso. C'è pesca nel surf, mare profondo o battute di pesca in baia, osservazione dei delfini e passeggiate a cavallo. C'è pallavolo al Clayton's Beach Bar, nuoto e windsurf e chilometri di spiaggia incontaminata. Il Tiki è ottimo per famiglie, 2 piscine riscaldate, lavanderia a gettoni in loco, lunga distanza gratuita e splendido paesaggio.

Great location!

Tiki Anniversary trip

The condo was the perfect size for the two of us and our dog. We really enjoyed how close it was to the beach and ocean view. It was really nice to be able to bring our dog with us too.

Wonderful stay

Me and my family had a beautiful stay here at spi. The house was clean and stocked with everything you would need. The ac worked great and it was very comfortable. The location is key! Literally a quick walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay close to beach

I was very pleased with the accommodations and especially with how close to the beach. We were thrilled to be able to bring our dog with us. The only thing I would recommend to the owners is to add a map of the tiki condos to the welcome package because it is challenging to find everything especially if you come in late like we did. Otherwise I have no complaints. The staff at the condos was very kind and helpful.

Great location, really appreciated the beach, chairs, and the umbrella, very thoughtful.

Comfortable space, and furniture -some of our stays, the furniture has been more about looks than comfort, this was very comfortable. It’s a little tricky locking the front door. You have to pull quite firmly before it will lock, As the bolt hits the jamb. The door handle has some corrosion from the salt air, it sliced my finger locking the door. You might have someone run some emory paper over that, otherwise, great stay, very close to the beach super relaxing! Thanks!

Washing towels

We for the most part enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean. The door handle was sharp and rusted which caused cuts on my hands any time I opened or closed the door. Salt air will cause that, so be careful. There is no towel exchange so you have to wash the bath towels. You can always bring your own extra towels to avoid this issue. We did not bring a pet. Although poop bags were provided people did not pick up after their pets. You might want to choose a "no pets allowed" property to avoid stepping in poop.

Family Spring Break Trip

Good budget friendly place to stay with a pet that met our needs just fine. The only complaint I had was it was not as clean as I would have liked (towels in the bathroom had obviously been used to dry hands and not replaced, and had stains on them.) Other than that everything else was great. Just steps from the beach, quiet at night, decently comfortable bed, ect. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place on a budget.

Very nice older condominium

Overall, very nice older condo - needs some modern updating in kitchen. My major approval factor was the closeness to the beachfront, which was so wonderful! My major concern and have discussed this with the owner, is that this condo needs to be updated to a keyless entry- not using the 1 key that was provided for 4 people. Key management, with 2 teens was difficult! If key issue was resolved, would make it a super VRBO rental!

Rest & Relaxation

Comfortable one bedroom/one bath condo with beach access a few feet away. Nothing fancy but was perfect for my little family who wanted a mini getaway to rest and relax all day on the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Perfect little getaway

I have to admit, I 100% underestimated South Padre. We are Destin beach people, and this was a first for us. But I quickly found that SPI has so much to offer. The condo and it’s location made it even better. So very clean. Everyone had their own space. Our king size bed was very comfy. The pool area was beautiful. We did laundry every day so unpacking hopefully will be a breeze. The short walk to the beach is nice! I love seeing all the dogs on the beach. The owners are extremely nice and very communicative. We would stay here again. We have zero complaints. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

Best Location! Cute Place!

This was the easiest rental we have ever had. Owners and property managers for Tiki Condominiums are very communicative and friendly! The place was great and almost right on the beach. Its tucked away at the perfect spot right by the pool on one side and the beach just around the corner. 1 min walk to the beach! It was clean and a very comfortable place to stay. Would definitely stay again!

The property and location was great, nice area, had no disturbance from other tenants, will return.

Just wanted to let owner know, tile is cracked and loose on each corner of stove, shower valve handle very loose, lamp not working in bedroom, no baking pan, bought one and left in condo, nice area, condo needs to be renovated and updated. We did enjoy our stay at the condo, would return.

Heaven on Earth

Jim and Jackie have a cozy condo that contains everything you need to feel right at home. My son and I had never been to South Padre Island and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The shower had great water pressure and the bed was super soft. We had two TVs so we could both watch what we wanted without disturbing each other. There was plenty of room for just the two of us and we were extremely comfortable. The Tiki has an amazing heated pool only steps from the door. The proximity to the beach was absolutely heaven. I could sit on the front porch and listen to the stress slip away as the ocean waves were so soothing. I hope to be allowed back for a return visit. You cannot rent a nicer place in the area:)
