    Welcome to our island home! Ideally located a half block from the beach and

    walking distance to restaurants, shops, and golf cart and other rentals. Both

    the interior and exterior of this home have been carefully thought out for

    your vacation! Huge pool, patio and pool furniture, and a hammock in the

    backyard. Plenty of beds, comfortable furniture, new central A/C, and games

    (pool table, foosball, air hockey/ping pong/dining table) inside the home and

    the garage game room.



    Look no further if you are wanting a true eclectic Island experience with a

    super fun/cool retro vibe! While this is not a brand new remodel, it has been

    thoughtfully furnished for a large family to gather all under one roof!



    3 full levels to create unforgettable family memories while avoiding the

    “cookie cutter” Crate & Barrel boring decor that all looks the same :) New

    pool installed as of Jan 2026.

    our home. Please understand this is not a brand new remodel - it has character

    and some flaws & is not new. Up to two pets are allowed for an additional fee

    the east side of padre blvd so no need to cross the busy main drag

    Very close (1 block) to the Blue Marlin IGA super market with food, drinks,

    beach toys and more

    3-minute walk to Ben’s Liquors for libations



    10- minute walk to the entertainment district with all the bars like Luna fine

    dining, Tequilas, BOBs on the Bay, Driftwood, & Louies Backyard

    Very close restaurants include Grapevine Cafe for great breakfast or lunch,

    the Baked Bear for some awesome ice cream cookie sandwiches, and F&B; for

    further fine dining

    We have “some” Chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys and a wagon to

    cart it all in available for your use (we can’t say exactly what will be there

    but guests are invited to use whatever they find - this stuff can disappear so

    we do NOT guarantee it - bring if you want a 100% guarantee

    The Nuts & Bolts:

    Fresh Towels & bed linens are provided, as well as a starter pack of soaps and

    trash bags though it is not unlimited nor resupplied so please plan

    accordingly. We do have coffee, filters, creamer, sweetener, tea, non stick

    cooking spray and Salt/Pepper all in the house too but not unlimited nor

    restocked



    For stays longer than 3 nights, you can exchange towels and linens for free at

    our office, South Padre Trips, at 2600 Padre Blvd. We answer phones 24 hours a

    day, 7 days a week a rare thing for a host



    Please read and agree to all house rules before booking. As we have a strict

    cancel policy, please ask questions before booking to avoid any

    disappointments. We are glad to answer you - just message us here.



    This home is located at 108 E Dolphin St on the island. Our property is

    professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd,

    open 9 am to 5 pm, 7 days a week if you need assistance.



    Parking is free. Please note a golf cart is considered a vehicle and a max of

    4 vehicles are allowed.

    Our listing requires the primary tenant to be 25 years of age or older and

    present at check-in. If you are NOT 25 years of age you MUST contact us prior

    to booking as there are additional damage/security deposit requirements if you

    are not 25 for us to comply with property rules



    We do offer off season discounts as well as active military, Vet, and tackle

    football coach discounts. Inquire - we would be happy to assist and host you!

    While we want you to have fun, this is not a party property and we do security

    patrol this home at night , FYI.

    Please note we require an e-sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID

    after booking. This is necessary to maintain our City of South Padre Island

    Rental License. You may e-sign the rental agreement via E sign prior to

    arrival to receive your door code. Please provide your email address and

    attach a photo of your ID to verify your age.



    An electronic door code is provided to enter the property via text message to

    the cell phone number on file by 3 pm on day of check in. We do not provide

    door codes earlier as we cannot have guests attempting to park nor slowing

    down maid service of course, If you need a somewhat earlier check in, contact

    our office on day of check in around 1 pm and we can check for you.



    Loud noises are NEVER permitted including music. Complex quiet time is 10 pm

    to 9 am. No Smoking * No Parties * No Exceptions

    Check in is 3 pm. Check out is 11 a.m



    Our short term City of South Padre Rental License can be provided upon

    request.

Mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, check-in, posizione e accuratezza dell’annuncio
House was huge and very clean. The location was top notch. Walking distance to pretty much everything. He pool area was set up nicely. The main problems were: Verbo turned out to be the third party on this rental and when I would receive text messages I didn't know who they were coming from. Second problem is the rental company couldn't seem to fix the washing machine so we had to waste some of our vacation time at the laundromat.
