  • NOTA - FAMIGLIE SOLO durante il mese di marzo. Ognuno deve essere 25 anni di età o più anziani o accompagnati da un tutore genitoriale durante tutto il soggiorno. Noi non perdoniamo festa o rumore eccessivo. Chiunque rompere queste regole sarà sfrattato senza alcun rimborso. Ci rivolgiamo alle famiglie e alle coppie in cerca di un'oasi di tranquillità durante la primavera in vacanza.

    Venite a godervi la vista incredibile che vi attendono da ogni finestra in questo condominio di fronte all'oceano! La sala grande e la camera da letto principale dispongono di una parete di finestre e porte scorrevoli in vetro che conducono fuori sul balcone 26 piedi. Qui potrete godere guardando il Golfo del Messico e le bellissime albe che vi aspettano tutti i giorni! Il balcone è il luogo ideale per iniziare la giornata con una tazza di caffè appena fatto o per rilassarsi con un margarita al termine di una giornata in spiaggia! Questo condominio di lusso dispone di una macchina Keurig.

    Questo condominio splendidamente ristrutturato ha una grande sala, che dispone di molti posti a sedere per il gruppo con 2 divani (1 è un divano letto) e una sedia laterale. Potrete godere di una vista spettacolare sul Golfo dalle comodità del divano mentre vi godete la Smart 55 "TV con cavo e HBO! C'è anche un lettore DVD / Blu Ray se pensi di affittare o portare film con te. La connessione internet wireless.

    Mentre prepari i tuoi pasti quotidiani nella cucina completamente attrezzata con moderni ripiani in granito, potrai goderti le viste mozzafiato sull'oceano dalle pareti delle finestre della grande sala! La zona cucina è stata appena aggiornata con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici intelligenti con l'aggiunta di un bar caffè / secco con un frigorifero per vino e bevande e una macchina Keurig per la vostra comodità. Ci sono posti a sedere al bar cucina per un pasto veloce e 4 posti a sedere al tavolo della sala da pranzo.

    Ci sono due camere da letto e due bagni in condominio. Se si sceglie di soggiorno a letto per una tarda mattinata di relax potrete godere guardando l'oceano da ogni finestra nella master suite che dispone di un letto king size e bagno privato. Il letto principale ha un nuovo marchio Memory Foam materasso per garantire il sonno la notte perfetta! La camera degli ospiti dispone di un nuovissimo materasso Memory Foam sul letto queen size e ha anche un letto matrimoniale con un nuovissimo materasso in memory foam. Ha accesso diretto al bagno della sala. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di TV LCD.

    Anche la lavanderia è stata rinnovata aggiungendo un bancone per la vostra convenienza con la nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice HE a carico frontale.

    Dopo una giornata di divertimento sulla spiaggia, è possibile rilassarsi la sera e godersi la spiaggia e il Golfo dal balcone di casa! I punti di vista non può essere battuto in questo South Padre Island Condo. Seabreeze 1 Condominiums hanno splendidi giardini con piscina riscaldata e vasca idromassaggio per il vostro divertimento! Si prega di venire godere di tutto quello che South Padre Island ha da offrire in questo fantastico condominio di fronte all'oceano. Questo è il momento perfetto dell'anno per visitare l'isola!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful ocean view condo! The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the decor made it feel warm and inviting.Waking up to the stunning ocean view each morning was the highlight of our trip. The balcony furniture was absolutely perfect and noticed by every family member, it made the space even more relaxing and enjoyable to sit out and take in the view together.The location was perfect, and we truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the condo. We would absolutely stay here again

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Direct access to the beach, nice pool/spa. Parking was simple (assigned by unit #). Check in/out was a breeze.

Pictures of the Condo do it no justice, it is better in person! Super Clean condo, very relaxing and the view is just excellent.

Excellent Property!

This smaller condo building is exactly what my husband and I were looking for. The condo was nice as well. We like the central location on the beach, away from some of the busier larger complexes. The staff at the complex was efficient and friendly. We will definitely return!

Family Vacation

The property was very nice and the staff was awesome. However the cleanliness of the unit was not what I expected. The pull out couch had goldfish crackers, and crumbs. One of the bedrooms had an empty sofa can behind a nightstand and in the master bathroom there was a dried contact stuck to the mirror. The dishes had dirt spots and the trash bags were the wrong size for the trashcan. All in all none of this would stop me from booking again.

Annual Trip

We visit SPI every summer and stay at Saida. Our usual rental wasn't available and so we stayed at Seabreeze. I can tell you this is our new go to. The condo was perfect. The pics don't do it justice. It is beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable. Very clean. The proximity to the beach is perfect. Chair and umbrella rentals right in front of the property. The property is small, quiet, and well maintained. Assigned parking is a plus. My suggestion is if you book, be aware of the office hours for check in and that check in instructions are only sent if you plan on arriving after hours. Maybe I missed this bit of info but i wouldn't have known had I not sent a message asking for check in info. We left earlier and arrived before the office closed. We plan on booking again next year.

Great place

Our stay was fabulous the place had everything we needed. Perfect beach view and walking distance to several stores. Our host was able to extend our stay. I will definitely be staying here again next year if still available. One tip I would give future visitors(nothing wrong on host) is if your planning on cooking take oil and salt.

Relaxing Getaway

This was our first time to stay here. Everything was so nicely furnished and very clean. We had a great view of the beach from our balcony. We would certainly stay here again.

Great Beach Condo

The condo was just as pictured. It was clean, well furnished and comfortable. We really enjoyed the deck chairs with a great view of the beach for morning coffee or afternoon beverages. It was a very short walk to the beach. I would definitely rent this condo again.

As comfortable as home!

This condo has everything necessary for a relaxing week at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, pans, dishes etc. The towels were plentiful and of high quality. The bed (only tried the master bedroom) was very comfortable - and you can't beat the view of a gorgeous sunrise every morning. The bathrooms have been nicely updated. The furniture in the living room was all very comfortable and the TV was great. I felt very welcomed by Angie upon my arrival and given keys, access codes, wifi password, wristbands etc. One bonus that we found extremely helpful was the notebook in the condo with recommendations for restaurants and activities. This will be our go-to vacation spot in the future.

Very nice condo but needs some minor tweaking!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Management is superb! Here are our suggestions for minor tweaking: 1. Put a foam topper on the large sleep sofa. My son experienced some discomfort using it -- he's 32 years old. 2. Replace the lamps in guest bedroom. They are of such low wattage it is impossible to read much less see well since there is only one window in the room. 3. I cook during our vacation and while I don't expect a chef's stove I do think it's time to replace the burners! Pots and pans will not set evenly on them. These are items the condo's owner needs to address. Do we like Seabreeze 1?? We've been staying there since 1984!!!!

Weekend of 6-20

Everything great but the main tv in the living room. It's an Internet tv but I couldn't connect to the Internet via this. It should be set up. Honestly it's a waste to have such an awesome tv and not use it to its full potential! Good thing the DVD had a hdmi cable so I used it for my computer for Netflix. Also hbo doesn't have signal. As a customer of the same cable company they removed that channel to TVs that don't have what they call the box. That should be either fixed or removed from the condos desorption.

Kiting getaway

My friend and I found your Condo to have a very home like atmostphere and we enjoyed our stay there very much. I will be returning to South Padre one day and hopefully stay in one of your Condos. I am sure you said no pets when I made reservations and yet you ask would I recommend this property to pet owners...a liitle confused!
