    The Space:

    Book the newest, tastefully renovated penthouse on the beach at Inverness. Life is short - book the best for discerning tastes without hotel hassles. Full 3 bedroom with bonus bunk room acting as a 4th.



    Renovations as of Dec 20 of 2025 include, white quartz counters, new appliances, new paint, new furniture (including all bedding) & decor.



    Owners Love:

    Sweeping Gulf, Beach & Oceanview. We love having coffee watching the sunrise on the patio The beach with chair and umbrella rentals is just out the property’s gate to the beach. In the evening we love watching the sunsets then just before bed the fireworks from Clayton’s Beach Bar. Sitting outside under the stars is an experience our friends & families don’t forget



    Notable Features:



    *3 full bedroom with one of the largest master bedroom suites you will find on the Island incredibly spacious for a condo. Unique bunk bed cutout room with fun slider door for kiddos yet full sized bunk beds



    *This space allows up to 10 people, very spacious. Kitchen is full equipped with all pots, pans, dishes etc completely open to living room.



    *Exact bedding is king in master./ Beachside guest bedroom is queen bed / Bayside guest bedroom is 2 queen beds / Bunk room is 2 full sized matresses



    *High Speed WiFi & smart TVs throughout



    *Long exterior patio with incredible views from the 11th penthouse level floor



    *You will not find a patio on the northside of Island with this sort of space nor views this high up, particularly a renovated one.



    While Inverness is a bit older complex, you simply cannot get closer to the beach. Exit front door, hit the elevator, walk thru private beach entre to property and there is the sand and ocean. No long walks lugging beach gear for your family



    *The North End of South Padre Island is very up & coming - you can easily walk to Clayton’s Beach Bar & NEW pier; Barry’s Beach Bar; Bar Louie @ the Marriott or go south and walk to the famous Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & enjoy their blended Turbo Pina Coladas or play beach volleyball



    *Inverness exterior pool ara is on the 3rd floor of the building on the South Side, providing ample sun bathing opportunities. While not heated, you will not find another pool area with this sort of sea & beach views. You can BYOB with a cooler to the pay area, just no glass. Please inquire about pool hours we are here to help!



    *With our space you will receive one parking spot inside in the elevated garage, with another exterior spot for a 2nd car included with your rental.



    Our penthouse is not just for impressing your significant others, but the privacy & fun it affords your family is well worth it for an elevated experience. We have what we consider standard convenience items like included bedding, fresh towels & linens,starter packs on guest toiletries plus beginning amount of trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap, paper towels & such PLUS a few more things like coffee, de caf, hot tea, creamer, sweetener, filters, non stick cooking spray & salt/peppar.



    The fully equipped kitchen is ready to go to enjoy & create lasting family memories.

    One thing many families with young children will want to know is the beach right in front is shallow with a gentle drop while no lifeguard is on duty, it is a nice beach. There is a public beach access point with outdoor showers to clean your piggies & beach gear alike.



    Great situation for families with young ones The property does have luggage carts for your stuff to get upstairs via elevators.



    Please do read and agree to all house rules before you book. We are here to help but as we do have a cancel policy in place we don’t do refunds later. We most happy to answer anything you have prior to booking.



    Please understand this unit for garage entry has e key fobs. We require a $100 fully refundable deposit which you get back if fobs left in unit. Simply take a photo on your phone when you check out to get the refund.



    Thank you for considering us! Property is professionally managed by South Padre Island Trips open 7 days a week, with phones answered 24 hours a day which you will generally not find on the island with a professionally provided cleaning between each stay



    We do offer veteran & active duty military discounts - please inquire prior to booking on that (not after) to receive. We also have discounts for stays over 5 nights, please inquire prior to booing



    We provide a door code by 3 pm to the number on file E-door code for contactless check in to/ on the reservation via text message to the number we have on file for you provided your have E signed the rental agreement along with attached a photo of your picture ID.



    This space does not allow pets, there is no BBQ grill nor is it allowed though on the beach charcoal grills are permitted We cannot allow more than 10 people and in that count we do include children, infants / babies as this is the HOA rule & we cannot make exceptions nor grant refunds based on this policy. This is not a party condo - and we enforce unruly behavior & no loud noise rules at all times

    You'll have exclusive access to the renovated penthouse, featuring a spacious layout and all new furnishings. Utilize the fully equipped kitchen to create lasting family memories. Enjoy the high-speed WiFi and smart TVs throughout the unit. Take advantage of the private patio with breathtaking views. Guests can also access the Inverness complex amenities, including the 3rd-floor pool and jacuzzi area. Parking includes one spot in the garage and an additional exterior spot.



    The Neighborhood:

    Nestled in the vibrant North End of South Padre Island, our penthouse offers unparalleled access to a wealth of attractions and dining options. A short walk south will bring you to the lively Wanna Wanna Beach Bar, known for its famous blended Turbo Pina Coladas (approximately 10-15 minutes on foot). For a different vibe, head north to Clayton’s Beach Bar and the new pier (about a 5-minute walk), or explore Barry’s Beach Bar. Enjoy casual dining at Bar Louie, located near the Marriott (also walkable), or venture further to discover a variety of local restaurants. The beach itself is just steps away, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the ocean. The North End is known for its up-and-coming atmosphere, offering a mix of entertainment and relaxation.



    Getting Around:

    Conveniently located at 5600 Gulf Boulevard, getting around from our penthouse is a breeze. While South Padre Island primarily relies on personal vehicles, we offer one parking spot in our private garage and an additional exterior spot for your convenience. For those arriving by air, Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO) is approximately a 40-minute drive away. Explore the island's attractions with ease, knowing you have hassle-free parking right at your doorstep.



    Other Things to Note:

    Please review and agree to all house rules before booking. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A $100 refundable deposit is required for garage entry fobs, refunded upon photo proof of fob return. This is a non-smoking property. No parties or loud noises are permitted at any time, with quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including infants. Pets are not allowed. A starter pack of essential supplies is provided. Please ensure all dishes are washed, and trash is removed upon departure. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional fees. For garage entry, you will use e key fobs and get the code the day of arrival by 3 pm. You must e-sign the rental agreement and attach a photo ID. Also, the primary guest must check in and accompany their guests. Subletting is strictly prohibited.
