If you are looking for an upscale and renovated beachfront condo on South Padre Island, then you will love Saida IV #301!
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is a corner unit offering fantastic beach and ocean views from the 3rd floor!

Upon entering, you will immediately notice all new flooring throughout the entire condo. Guests will love the decor and furnishings in this vacation rental.
Guests will like hanging out in the comfortable living room while looking out at the views of the beach. The living room does have a flat screen tv for guests tv watching enjoyment.

Rental guests will appreciate cooking in the remodeled kitchen which entails granite countertops, beautiful backsplash, and is fully stocked with pots pans and cooking utensils.
This condo has fantastic sleeping accommodations!
The master bedroom offers guests a comfortable king size bed, flat screen tv, and a master bathroom with walk in tile shower.
The guest bedroom has two full size beds and a flat screen tv. . If extra sleeping space is needed, the living room couch can be pulled out into a sleeper sofa.

The balcony is a perfect spot to take in the ocean breeze from the Gulf of Mexico and view South Padre Island's beautiful sandy beaches.

Family fun in the sun

We’ve been going to South padre Island for 15 years and have always stayed in the best ocean front property on the island, Saida Towers . this condominium in Saida IV #301 was hands-down the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed in.. exceptionally clean, luxury designer interior all new furniture and flooring.

The view was amazing, the ease of check in and check out worked wonderful because we arrived very late. Everyone in the complex was very friendly. We had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. We would go there again.

Family vacation

The condo looked very nice. Our biggest issue was that there was an infestation of ants. To put it mildly. We brought our food in and put away. Went to dinner came back. The entire pantry and counter tops were covered in ants. We had to throw everything away. We called they came out and sprayed. Didn’t help. I went to make a cup of coffee the next morning. Ants were covered in the machine. I had to wash it before I could even use my own keurig I brought from home. Disgusting. They were in our bathrooms and in our bedroom as well. I had to shake out the bedspread and the sheets because of the amount of ants. They did call back and say the would have someone come out and spray. We were leaving in 2 days and I have a 3 month old and 3 year old and said no. I was concerned with the fumes. Very frustrating. Could not cook any meals at the condo. That was one reason we rented a condo. I sat a pizza box down and I had ants in the box in seconds. From that point forward we ate all meals away. The amount of ants I know they had to have known. No one would have stayed with out telling them the issue. Supposedly they are reimbursing me $100. Won’t cover the cost of everything but I was so over it. We will not rent from that condo again. Very disturbing. I’m sitting in bed on my phone and an ant crawls across my screen the night before we were leaving. I wanted to just pack up and leave.

Cute Condo

The condo location was good. We appreciate the upgrades on the condo. Very quiet besides the neighbors with two little dogs upstairs/above us. We had to leave a day early just so we could come home and get some rest. They’d be up with their dogs all night until 2AM in the morning and starting 7AM the dogs will start scratching on floors, barking and whining all day until their owners return. Constant thumping, furniture moving and walking at all odd hours of the night. Exhausting! Overall, the condo would be very peaceful if it wasn’t for that. The check in process was simple and quick, the walk to the beach was close by. The pools were dirty and could use some good cleaning and balancing of its water ph level. The condo was clean but could use a new vacuum cleaner since the one provided is old and weak. Noticed a lot of little ants all over the kitchen counter and walls (I think this could be coming from the outside) since we noticed a few aunt piles outside by the building. Owners provided plenty of shampoo and hair conditioner but not many towels (we got like 5) for a family of four who was staying 4 nights. The A/C was phenomenal. The pillows were yellow stained. Dish soup and dishwasher soup as well as a sponge was provided (thank you). No many coffee mugs for coffee drinkers. But other than that, I would definitely stay here again. I can see the owner is trying. Thank you for letting us stay at your condo!

Mostly wonderful stay.

Overall great stay. View from balcony was wonderful, overlooking two of the three pools and the ocean. There is a poolside bar and grill by the third pool. Didn’t find it until the third day. It is located behind the tennis courts. Loved everything about this property except the mattresses in the second bedroom. The springs were very uncomfortable and made a loud noise whenever you turned or got out of bed. Be sure to ask the property managers for the code to the gate that leads to the beach. This was not included in email or listed in the handbook on site. A fellow vacationer gave us the code so that we wouldn’t have to call for it.

Beach getaway

Beautiful condo inside and out. Property is well maintained and very clean. Short walk to beach and pools. Condo had everything we needed for our family of 5. Will definitely look at staying here again!

Location was great! Property was so nice and clean people constantly cleaning up around the grounds. Condo was excellent very clean, homey feel . The only thing I would change is put a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Also put more ice cube trays in freezer 1 just is not enough. I defiantly would stay again.

Recently got married and this was part 1 of 2 of our honeymoon plans. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is clean and absolutely AMAZING! Amazing views to match! We are already planning many returns with family and friends.

Convenient, well-appointed condo 5 mins from the beach/pools

My family of 3 spent 4 nights in Aug. The condo is very spacious, updated, and well appointed.. comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, fast internet, cool ac, nice views of the beach and sunrise, proximity to 3 pools, 5 minute walk to the ocean .. etc .. we loved our time there. The overall building, Saida towers is a little old and it clearly shows when you're walking the corridors .. That being said, it did not affect our experience at all .. the grounds and the pools are super well maintained. We would highly recommend and will be back at this unit in the future.

Nice condo

The condo itself is very nice with a beautifully upgraded look and plenty of space. There is enough kitchenware to accommodate pretty much any meal. The large windows in the living room have no window shades and didn’t love that. If you have a guest/child staying on pullout couch they’ll be waking up to bright sun at 7am. The Saida property itself is really starting to look run-down. The outdoor hallways and stairwells are filthy and need a thorough spray washing and repainting. Other than that, very pleased with accommodations.
