Poorly maintained home, broken dishwasher, smoke detectors chirping because the batteries were low.Low water pressure. And for the cost to stay there you would think they would supply more than one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms.I have stay at many short-term rentals by far the worst experience

House was perfect, game room was lots of fun. Of all short term rental houses my family as stayed out, the bed mattress where the most comfortable ever. I even liked it better than my mattress back home.

Beautiful property! We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that there were several little hiccups that we had to contact the property manager about multiple times such as washer not working, outside shower not working, pool lights weren't turning on, master bedroom sink wasn't draining properly, etc. We would definitely stay here again but we would hope these little things would be taken care of before we arrived so we don't have to take time out of our stay to contact the property managers back and forth. Overall, 8/10! Great place for big family vacation. The walk to the beach really is two minutes ;)

Wonderful Stay!

The condo is excellent, offering many fun activities for teens, and the location is very convenient. The beds were great, and there were lots of towels for the bath and beach. The pool was clean and very refreshing. The location is great if you are coming in from out of town and having groceries delivered or if you want to dine out. The kitchen could use some updates with pots and pans, but otherwise it was a amazing stay!

Management failure

I asked 2 different days and 2 different times for alternate method to send requested documents. After no reply from management i sent my personal information thru vrbo, who knows where that ended up. Only then when it went thru unsuccessfully then they decided to reply and give me an email. I also asked for a fax number initially. Yes tourists and out of towners will ignorant and not know the process of how things work. After all we traveled over 20 hours and things will be stresful. If management can provide precise information instead of making guests jump thru hoops. Reminds me of the snooty condescending elitist that middle America despises. Am i getting any of my deposit money back it has been 2 weeks. Here comes the nickel and dime time. They were quick to take the money.

From the check in process to the check out process was great. This was such a beautiful home to share with family for our anniversary getaway. The communication was great and don’t get me started on the space 10 out of 10 to recommend. We will be coming back.

Great Location - Needs maintenance and more honest info

Excellent location and nice pool - great house overall. The listing says Queen sofa bed in game room but it was a cot sized rollout on a small couch with no cushion which we could not use. The doors to outside were sticking and hard to open plus the knob latch mechanism spirings were shot so you had to manually twist the knob to close the door and get the latch in place. Description says it sleeps 16 but we had to add a blowup mattress for our 11. Even with the added blowup mattress, 1 adult had to sleep on the top bunk bed.
