Situato in posizione centrale sulla spiaggia, questo condominio fronte mare ben curato, arredato in stile tropicale, nella splendida South Padre Island è stato aggiornato con gusto. Il condominio si trova in un giardino ben curato e gated community. Il condominio è situato in posizione centrale al quinto piano con l'ascensore. Ottieni splendide viste sulla spiaggia nel soggiorno e nella camera matrimoniale. Il condominio ha tre camere da letto, tre bagni, cucina, sala da pranzo / soggiorno e un balcone che si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia sottostante.

Una porta del patio si apre sulle sedie e sul tavolo del balcone e ti consente di goderti la brezza dell'oceano mentre ti godi il tuo bicchiere di bibita ghiacciata in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Guarda le navi che vanno e vengono all'orizzonte mentre entrano / escono dal canale di spedizione. I surfisti del vento possono spesso essere visti.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size. La seconda e la terza camera da letto hanno ciascuna due letti singoli.

Il condominio è arredato in stile tropicale per le tue vacanze al mare. I proprietari hanno recentemente aggiornato il condominio con nuove lenzuola, asciugamani, elettrodomestici. e nuovi televisori a LED digitali in soggiorno e camera da letto principale. La cucina ha tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici grandi e piccoli. Per vostra comodità, c'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice nel condominio.

Buona pesca esiste sulla spiaggia o fare una delle escursioni sul lato baia o pesca d'altura. Venti minuti a ovest e puoi giocare a golf al South Padre Island Golf Course.

Spring-break family fun!

Location was great! View was amazing, waking up to a breathtaking sun rise. The functionality of the condo is great, including beach equipment without having to purchase basic beach chairs. Hosts were responsive and great too. The condo is in line with other reviews. It’s dated, the sofa was yucky to sit on and uncomfortable. The rug was gross to step on barefoot. Condo could use some deep cleaning, remove the rug and change out the sofa at least.

Lovely!!

Overall we had a great time. The gates to the front and beach were broken most of our stay and they had make shift doors to the property but there was someone who was on property checking that only residents were in the pool and such. Fixed by the last couple days. Great beach access!! Everything you need for a day at the beach provided! Definitely perfect for our family!!! Highly recommended!

Get away week

Best host ever!

My entire family came down with severe covid the day before we were to leave for padre island, leaving us too ill to travel and in quarantine as well! Carol was so sweet and understanding and offered us a change of dates since we could not go as planned. I cannot say enough about her generosity and caring in that heartbreaking situation. This property is exceptional, as is the host! We look forward to staying in a few months.

We always come back to this one..

We’ve tried several different condos in the area and this one has been the best. Hard to beat the view, easy access to beach, pool, and the washer dryer. One suggestion is for the property management to send details of accessing the property 1-2 days in advance of the stay and get confirmation from the guest and tell other means if the guest doesn’t confirm receipt of the details.

Perfect condo - size, location, beach access

This condo was perfect. It is a little dated, but the pictures show you exactly what to expect so that was no surprise. There were a couple issues that the owners took care of immediately so no problem there. The condo is a perfect size for 5-6 adults. Beds are comfortable. The complex is well taken care of and it has two good size pools so no overcrowding. The beach access and location was perfect! It was our first trip to SPI and it did not disappoint.

The best!

We loved staying here with my parents and our 3 year old. I appreciated that the bedroom my daughter was staying in was far enough from the living room that she could sleep peacefully while we all hung out at night. Also, trudging her to and from the beach couldn't have been any easier since we were so close by! Carole communicated with ease with us, and we so appreciated it! We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed this little spot of paradise! It was easy to find and amazingly beautiful beach front views from balcony and master bedroom. Everything we needed was there and it was the perfect space for our family. Nice and clean, we definitely will be back!

beautiful condo!

We have been coming to SPI for the last few years and this is the best condo we have stayed in by far. The condo had the most beautiful ocean view and a convenient beach access. The condo was very clean and tidy. Overall it was an excellent stay. I highly recommend this condo for anyone who will be staying in SPI. We will definitely come back next year!

Location! Location! Location!

This "right-on-the-beach" condo was perfect for our family. Those back at the condo could watch the beach-goers from the balcony. The common areas which include two pools are spotless. Most importantly, the Bartons are terrific hosts. We carelessly left a suitcase behind and the Bartons went above and beyond to arrange a pick-up from a friend of ours. We will return!

We’ve vacationed in Padre every summer for the last 5 years and finally found a place I can’t wait to book again! I can’t say enough about this place…ease of parking, great pool/spa, clean, security, comfy beds, great showers, great communication with manager, restaurant info in condo, lots of beach toys, access to beach is perfect and close. Wonderful week in SPI!

This property is excellent. We love the beach & pool. This complex has only 36 units but has 2 really nice pools, hot tub (too hot for my liking - didn’t use) & excellent beach access. Centrally located on the island. Parking was great. There is a free bus shuttle for the island which runs every 30 minutes which is nice. Reached out to the owner one time about the front door lock & received an immediate response. Even has a gas grill on the balcony which I haven’t seen in a condo rental before. Only a couple negative points. The L-shaped couch has electric lifts which don’t work & the showers are a little dated. At this price point well worth the price. Highly recommend this unit.

Absolutely Amazing Stay

This property and the hosts were a God send to us. 48 hours prior to our departure, we were notified that our previously booked property was cancelled. (A turnkey property). Carol and Clyde really came through for us. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They had the property ready to for us when we got there. They were very attentive and went out their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. We found the property to be very clean. The view from the balcony was wonderful and we spent every morning out there enjoying the ocean. We were able to walk most places from this location. We enjoyed our stay on South Padre largely due to this condo and our hosts. Thank you, thank you!

South Padre first timer

This was a great location. A mile up the coast it got busier and overcrowded so our location was perfect. Family friendly and clean. The beach reminds us of gulf shores AL where we usually vacation , but my family says it’s better. Certainly no FL white sand aqua water, but clean, relaxing, water is pretty clear and overall a great vacation spot. I am such a beach snob but this was a fantastic surprise as it was our first time and I was very skeptical. Seville condos was great. Our location was slightly dated and just needs some furniture arrangement and a fresh coat of paint. I say that only bc I am a realtor and it has some great potential. Our landlord was amazing! Went above and beyond and we will definitely be back.
