Very private stay

The condo is amazing, it's in a gated complex so security isn't an issue. This was the perfect place for the families summer vacation.

Exceptional Property - exceptional Host

I’ve been coming to SPI since the 1980s and this is my favorite place I’ve ever stayed. The condo has great amenities, comfortable beds, plush towels, etc. and everything you need. It has two awesome decks with amazing views and a boat slip, which I didn’t use but would be sweet for a boat or jet ski. Love the location, the pool, the secure parking. This condo has two entrances, which may not sound like a big deal but I found it really convenient. And the host was amazing. I can’t recommend this highly enough, and I hope to stay here every year in the future.

Quiet Condo with a Great View of the Bay!

The condo is nicely updated with quality throughout and is very clean. It doesn't get much better than sitting on the deck overlooking the water and watching the sun rise and set. The condo is very quiet, yet it is close enough to walk to the beach or restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful summer!

My family had a really nice summer at this condominium unit. It is super clean and newly accommodated. The location is perfect for boaters with the use of the boat slip and tackle locker.

Great condo in a great location!

The condo is located on the bay side of the island on a canal and is very quiet. You can see the sunrise and the sunset from the balconies (3 of them)!!! It is also located where you can walk to bars and restaurants, and the beach is located a short distance away (definitely very walkable). The condo has been updated with quality finishes and furniture and is a good size with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It was super clean!!! There is also a washer and dryer located in the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: nice glassware, dinnerware, silverware, and complete sets of assorted pans. The pool is very nice, although unheated (which is very common is South Padre but disappointing to those of us from the northern part of the country who love heated pools). The owners were super responsive to any questions we had and texted us from time to time to see how things were going or if we had any other questions. We had a great experience in this condo and will definitely be renting it again!!!

Fabulous Property, Friendly People, Wonderful Stay

We can't say enough good things about Ric and Donna, and their SPI home. They were helpful with both the condo rental and with local knowledge. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, including desks that made working remotely as convenient as actually being at our home. Additionally, everyone we met at the condo complex was friendly and welcoming. We look forward to renting this unit in the future.

Beautiful condo with great views

We were so pleased with our condo rental. It had so much space for all 6 of us. Having 3 bathrooms and 3 balcony's was amazing. We saw dauphin's from the balcony the first night !

Loved the location and the Fishing

We loved our time on the Laguna Madre. The Northern end of the Island is the best and this unit allows for amazing Sunset views and direct access to fishing the Bay.

We had a wonderful time at the condo the view was AMAZING definitely think we enjoyed it there more then we would have beach side !! You can watch the fish swim at night from the balcony of the room !! We had dolphins come up in the bay !! Only suggestion I would add to improve the place is labeling the light switches so you don’t haft to turn them all on to figure out what goes to what! An TVs in the bedrooms! Master bedroom has one but the others don’t.
