This South Padre Island rental property was designed to accommodate a large number of people with total comfort!

The living room, dining area, kitchen, guest bedroom, and bunk bedroom are located on the 1st floor.

The first bedroom downstairs entails a Queen bed and two twin bunk beds.
The second bedroom features two sets of full/full-size bunk beds with bedding to accommodate eight (8) children.

The kitchen is very spacious with lots of cabinetry for easy storage.
It is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
This kitchen has everything you need to prepare an unforgettable family meal.
The large dining room table, bar seating, and outside patio seating provide plenty of areas for guests to enjoy a meal at the house.

Absolutely Perfect

The house is gorgeous and held 10 adults, 3 1 year olds and 1 4 yewr old w ease. The pool and hot tub were so nice and it was an easy walk to the beach. We cooked dinner and breakfast everyday and the kitchen had all the utensils. The only thing that would of been nice would of been to have some simple spices and coffee. Also know there are limited trash bags and laundry soap provided if you have a big crowd, which is expected. We will absolutely rent again!!! Thanks for letting us enjoy the house.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

Overall, my family enjoyed spending time together the week of Thanksgiving at this property. The space was wonderful for our party of 13 -- the adults really enjoyed the king-sized beds and en suite bathrooms. The kids enjoyed the bunk room as well. The water pressure was quite low in most bathrooms and we had trouble with the washing machine turning off mid-cycle and not completing washing our clothes. We also would have liked a few more items in the kitchen, specifically a hand mixer. We loved the proximity to the beach and the wonderful private swimming pool.

Beautiful Property, noisy neighbors

This property was absolutely beautiful. We traveled with our entire family…3 couples, 2 toddlers, auntie, uncle and great grandpa…to spend Easter at the beach. There was more than enough comfortable space for everyone. The pool was wonderful for family fun and everybody had their own space to retreat to for a little personal time. The beach is close by and easily accessed. The only disappointment was the renters in the other two units had loud parties starting in the late afternoon and going late into the morning hours. We loved the property but this wasn’t the quite get away we had hoped for.

Perfect

We gathered for a small family wedding and it was perfect for our event. Weather wasn't great, but half the party guests were visiting from 9 degrees above zero weather so they loved it. The condo got raves and it was really exceptional. Nothing was overlooked by SPI Rentals to make it welcoming and comfortable. The staff were equal in service to a high end hotel staff.

I really enjoyed the specs of the property. There was plenty of room for my family. We did have issues with the cleanliness of the floors and couches. We also had maintenance issues, but thank you for fixing them immediately. You have a lovely property. I think you should provide more supplies (especially towels) given the size of the home and the nightly rate. There were roaches outside near the pool which was a major turn off. Please address that asap.

Family vacation

The bedrooms were great allowing all adult couples privacy. Nice bunks for kids to have their own beds or share with favorite person. Nice pool to keep children busy having fun.

The property is great but the pool was a little dirty and it got taken care of the same day which was great. The jacuzzi did not work which was a little disappointing. My family and I will definitely return to this place

Wonderful family vacation

We were very impressed with this property. The layout is superb with two bedrooms with bunkbeds on the first floors and four bedrooms with king sized beds and individual restrooms. The heated pool and jacuzzi were a treat as the weather was a little chilly during our stay. The kitchen area, dining room, and living room are very open and conducive for family games, dining and fellowship. Each tv is setup with Netflix, AppleTV, YouTube, etc. The location is ideal and very close to the beach. We will definitely stay be staying here again!

Great house for a large group!!

10 people 5 couples stayed. The 4 upstairs rooms all had king beds with private bathrooms. The hot tub/pool heating situation was tricky to figure out, but once we figured it out we were able to keep both at a good temperature. The house could have used a few more items, like dish towels, hangers, hot pads and a rug at the slider from the pool area. Wet feet on tile can be slippery. Great house, 9/10 would recommend.

Perfect Getaway

We stayed at this property from Jan 3-Jan 16 and it was amazing. The place is perfect for what we were looking for - a place away from home where we could do all the same things we do at home (remote work, remote learning), while having all the amenities of a vacation. The layout was perfect - everyone had his/her own room with king size bed, TV, and bathroom. We had only 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids, so the space was a bit overkill for us, but you could easily accommodate 15 people and not feel cramped. They had tons of dinnerware, silverware, cooking utensils, an amazing kitchen, and giant dining table plus a nice breakfast bar off the kitchen. nice high ceilings and the flooring (tile throughout) was perfect for people who are going to be running in and out of the house dripping wet from the pool. By the way the pool and hot tub were the star of the show. Plus the living room was perfect with an 80" high def TV!! Pool temp was PERFECT, and the hot tub was sublime!! it took a little getting used to using the control panel, you had to turn off the hot tub heat to get the hot tub water to cascade into the pool and make it nice and warm, then turn the hot tub heat back on to keep it hot...it's a cycle of sorts. Still.....AMAZING! Only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach too, and there are souvenir shops everywhere. There's also a nice grocery store (IGA) down the street so everything you need is right around the corner! We would come back here in a heartbeat. The only minor knock was we had some issue with the pool being cloudy and not heating up for a couple days and it took some prodding with SPI rentals to get someone out, but they did finally come out and fixed and it was perfect after that. Only personal gripe about the surrounding area is I wish they'd build more golf courses :)
