Everything was very clean upon arrival. The place had all the necessities from towels to cooking utensils and any kind of pan for any kind of cooking you want to do. So nice how close to the beach it is as well.

This was one of the best condos we have stayed at in SPI. This condo had 3 things that not all condos have on the island.1. Great water pressure2. HOT water for showers3. The AC was amazingThe only thing that would make it perfect would be a washer and dryer IN the unit but I know that's not always possible. We absolutely loved this condo! We'll be back!

Condo with pros and cons

We enjoyed our stay despite the cons but our stay would have been more comfortable had these maintenance issues been fixed. Pros: Cozy beachy feel; furnished nicely Books and games Provided beach towels and toiletries Owner was very responsive in communication with us Owner gave us early access Cons: Cook top was cracked. Didn't feel comfortable using it due to safety concerns No beach chairs. The booklet in the condo stated there were beach chairs. Living room ceiling fan over the sofa bed didn't work. A wire was cut. Dining light didn't work Lamp in the living room couldn't figure out how to turn it on. Flip several switches to no avail. Lamp in the master had a burned out bulb

Very Nice Property

Overall the property was very nice. Lovely deck overlooking courtyard. Comfortable couch and good size TV's. Nice new oak furniture in the bedroom and new kitchen appliances. Well equiped with shampoo, conditioner, kitchen spices, coffee, garbage bags, etc. which you don't usually find in a rental. Very nice !!

Spacious and comfy

Condo is as pictured and maybe even better because we were pleasantly surprised with how much room there is. It had all the amenities and more. The bed was soooo comfy and i slept so good! Right next to the beach and one of the pools. Check in was a breeze and simple to lock and unlock the door. Check out instructions are easy and simple. Definitely recommend this condo for your next vacation

Great spot for busy holiday weekend

Location is great because you walk right to the beach, but it was busy with people especially the pool. I expect this was because it was a holiday weekend. Place itself was spotless and nice and cold. Check in process was very easy and they are strict about parking so always show your pass. Bed was comfy and there was towels, beach chairs, utensils and a keurig w k cups!! Host responded quickly as well.

Nice getaway

Enjoyed the stay, easy access to beach and eateries/bar. We loved how convenient it was to get in and out of the main road. The unit was perfect for couples and loved how peaceful it was night and in the morning. I would stay here again! Thank you.

Relaxing Week at the Beach

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and well cared for. It is located right on the beach, so easy access. It is farther north on the island and away from most of the traffic. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom worked well. The only negative was that it is located next to a hotel with an outdoor waterpark and pavilion. On the weekends, they play loud music until midnight. Fortunately, the unit we stayed in was a bit removed from the noise and it was not a major problem. All in all, I would recommend this condo for a vacation stay.

A lovely weekend getaway!

This condo is beautiful, clean, and comfortable for a long or short term stay. We loved how close access to the beautiful beach was. The balcony was perfect for sitting and enjoying meals. The pool is also really nice and clean. Occasionally there was music coming from a nearby establishment outside and we were so impressed that we couldn't hear it at all inside the condo. Exceeded all our expectations and we will definitely be back!

great spot, well kept unit.

love the location of the facility and of the unit itself. so close to the surf, easy to access. The unit had everything we needed to make our short stay more than comfortable. Swimming pool was big and clean. Our 5 year old really appreciated the netflix and disney+ We will certainly be going back.
