Condo & amenities were great. This was our first time being to SPI or Texas in general and we can’t wait to book again! The management company isn’t great at communication but that doesn’t fall on the owners, will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful location and set up! We loved everything about it! The balcony was fantastic as well. Fun to have bars and restaurants within walking distance. And everywhere we went everyone was so friendly! Had an issue with the thermostat, so we contacted the owners and they came to the condo to figure it out. Very nice people! We will be back...only this time for longer then 1 week!

Shady host. Only toilet not working on arrival. Would not flush. Plumber came that night& fixed it. (So he can affirm flush button was not responsive.) Not working the following morning. Would Stop flushing and then suddenly work. but 90% of the time no response. Left phone messages & messaged thru app. No response for 36 hours. Spent 43rd anniversary waiting in unit for a plumber who never came. Left message w/ host that we would have to leave the next morning if toilet was not fixed. No response so packed & left. Host finally answered the phone and said maid was on the way. Tells me they took the time to book housekeeping, but not plumber or call back. Requested refund, at least partially for inconvenience and early exit due to lack of functioning toilet. Refused & denied the toilet was not working, based on their ability to take a video of working toilet after we left. Also, freezer would not freeze or keep things frozen. Very unsanitary all around. And a parking nightmare. Learned a great lesson. If something is not working video it.

The condo was exactly as depicted in the listing. Very nicely decorated beach theme. Great view of the beach from the balcony and easy access to the beach from the elevator. We made use of the hotel sized toiletries. The bed was firm and comfortable to sleep on and the A/C kept the entire condo nice and cold. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Would stay again!

Excellent Ocean View

It's all about the view for us, and we were not disappointed! The condo was extremely clean, and beautifully decorated. The walk-in shower was great, and the king bed was exceptionally comfortable. Check-in was easy, with covered parking available. But the highlight for us was the spacious balcony with comfy chairs and tables to sit, wine, and dine, and watch the waves roll in.

Can't beat the View

Perfectly appointed condo right on the ocean. Loved having coffee on the balcony in the mornings. Only one minor comment, could have used a nicer patio table cloth.

The condo was beautiful. Very nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. The view was absolutely amazing. The beach was not crowded. Perfect for the rest and renewing our souls needed.

Great place- well equipped and very nice.

Despite the forecast hurricane and accompanying rain, we had a great time. The condo was well equipped and very clean. It was nicely decorated in a beach theme. The property was well maintained and we appreciated the covered parking garage with it raining our first two days there.
