Beach View! Lusso, privato, conveniente, caricato

Situata sull'auspicabile Gulf Boulevard, questa ventilata casa sulla spiaggia in stile Key West offre ampie vedute della spiaggia dal balcone privato. Un dondolo e sedie a dondolo lo rendono il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo il tempo in spiaggia.  L'accesso alla spiaggia è direttamente dall'altra parte della strada.

All'interno, la casa è riccamente rifinita con pavimenti in marmo, banconi in granito e lussuosi arredi di lusso.  Un televisore LCD o al plasma è in ogni camera da letto, così come la tana.  Il bagno principale ha una vasca idromassaggio.  La cucina è completamente equipaggiata.  L'unità è dotata di lavatrice e asciugatrice.  Vengono fornite tutte le lenzuola.

Convenientemente situato nel centro di South Padre Island, è a pochi passi da divertimenti all'aperto (ottimo per adolescenti), ristoranti e persino dal negozio di alimentari dell'isola.  Dall'altra parte della strada è la fermata della navetta per la navetta dell'isola GRATUITA (un altro favorito per adolescenti).

Da quattro a sei persone possono dormire comodamente come mostrato.  Gli animali domestici ben educati sono accettati con l'approvazione del proprietario per $ 75.


Sono disponibili sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni, teli mare, giochi di sabbia, boogie board e altro ancora. Al piano inferiore c'è una doccia esterna per sciacquare la sabbia dopo il tempo della spiaggia.

Great experience! The location is phenomenal and right across the street from the beach! The house has literally everything - the kitchen is great, the house is spacious with everything you need and very quiet. Other than your clothes, you don’t need to bring anything!! Everything is provided - including all the beach amenities too! Highly recommend! Confident you’ll love it!!

Comfortable and Convenient

My family had a wonderful time. The kitchen had everything we needed, the house was very clean and oh so comfortable. We were just across the street from the beach, close to many restaurants, and yet away from the main hustle and bustle. We all loved our time in this wonderful setting!

Perfect island get a way

This house has it all. From the comforrable beds to the luxurious towels and well stocked kitchen, this place is better than home because it has a view of the gulf. Lynn and Captain Kevin have thought of everything. The beach access is a short walk, a great cafe is a few blocks away and if that's not enough, you can enjoy the swing and chairs on the balcony while the palms sway in the breeze. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we are already looking at the calendar for next year.

Very convenient location to beach, restaurants and attractions

The house was very clean and well furnished. The front porch with its swing and chairs was a great place for people watching and reading. The location is across the street from the beach so there is easy access. The host was very friendly and left a very helpful informational notebook about local restaurants and attractions. Would stay here again.

Across the street from the beach

We stayed here in December and loved it. It has a great porch area with comfortable furniture. It was beautiful sitting out in the evening having drinks with the ocean breeze blowing.There were 2 minor minor things that we brought up to the owner and they were repaired within the hour. There were all sorts of beachy things provided, but we just used chairs and an umbrella. The rental was decorated with a Christmas tree and other holiday things. It was very clean, the A/C was ice cold and the bed was super comfortable. Plenty of Kitchen utensils and cooking stuff. When we were there, the street and area was not too busy and it was quiet. Great place.

Great location and amenities

Excellent location for beach access. Walking distance to coffee house, book store, and more. The 2nd floor covered porch was lovely at all times of the day. An added bonus was a child-guard gate at the top of the stairs which easily kept our small dog with us. Very nicely stocked kitchen. We would definitely book again.

Amazing Beach Retreat

This place has it all, ocean views, centrally located, great people watching, and the owners are the best. We stayed for a month and it wasn't long enough. Highly recommend.

Wonderful get away for our family!

We had such a great time in SPI and Lynn is a lovely host. The location can't be beat! Right across the street from the beach and within walking distance of some excellent coffee places. We look forward to coming back again and exploring more of the area!

Wonderful experience
