Casa Santiago A è una "casa sulla spiaggia" immacolata e moderna che porterà la tua vacanza tropicale al prossimo livello di lusso!
Ospita fino a 24 persone, la spaziosa casa a 3 piani dispone di 6 camere e bagni e si trova direttamente di fronte alla spiaggia!

Il piano terra offre due camere da letto per gli ospiti. Il primo dispone di due letti Queen, una Smart TV HD da 50 "e un bagno privato. Un bagno completo si trova anche al piano terra con lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavandino. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli, ognuno con un letto a rotelle doppio, una Smart TV HD da 50 "e un bagno privato. Il secondo e principale livello della casa comprende un ampio soggiorno open space, sala da pranzo e cucina. La cucina offre ampio spazio per famiglie numerose o gruppi di amici intorno a un'enorme isola centrale con posti a sedere al bar per 6 persone. Sono forniti elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, tra cui un frigorifero con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, forno a microonde, forno, piano cottura, tostapane, tostapane e lavastoviglie. La cucina ha una grande dispensa con tutti i comfort e un servizio completo per 24 ospiti. Il soggiorno dispone di una grande Smart TV HD da 65 "circondata da un divano-divano componibile di grandi dimensioni. Siediti e guarda film o sport con tutto il gruppo!

Il secondo piano ospita anche la terza e la quarta camera da letto per gli ospiti con un letto king size e due letti queen size. Ognuno ha il proprio bagno privato e Smart TV HD da 50 ". Appena sopra al terzo livello della casa, troverai la tua lussuosa suite padronale. Un accogliente letto king size si presterà al riposo e al relax che meriti! Un bagno privato privato comprende una vasca idromassaggio full size, una doccia e una grande area trucco. La struttura dispone anche di due divani letto aggiuntivi, cabine armadio in tutte le camere da letto, tra cui una cabina armadio più grande nella camera matrimoniale, 3 balconi con mobili da giardino e 2 box auto.

Fai un tuffo rinfrescante nella piscina privata dotata di nuovo sistema di riscaldamento e raffreddamento a temperatura controllata e luci a LED. Great location and house. Ice maker did not work. Huge closets only one had any clothes hangers - 6 total. 15 people for 5 nights and only 2 dishwasher tablets and a tiny bottle of dish soap?? Very bad idea for out of town people expecting to eat for 5 days. No paper towels. Would have been nice to have the pool heated our first 3 days of rain and cold understand the 55 degree issue in the contract. Blankets would have made the stay much better. You could make this a 5 star accommodation.

Awesome space and location

The space and location are awesome. Pool is great. Steps from the beach. Outdoor hose is great. It is poorly stocked with necessary items when cooking for a crowd. Only two dish towels. Very few simple amenities like paper towels or Saran Wrap for leftovers. It works be nice to have basic things like salt and pepper The baseboards and walls need a big deep clean. It could very easily be a five star property. We loved access to the beach and pool and the space!

The property was nice. Love how we all fit comfortably. The only thing was the pool. It was kind of small for 24 people and the filters didn’t work well. The water was kind of dirty.

Beautiful home with amazing views and pool and minor issues

This home is gorgeous and literally like 300 feet from the ocean, we LOVED the location. The pool right in the backyard was great, too, as it was often too cold to go in the ocean and there were riptide warnings a lot. What was an issue was the lack of preparation for large group stays (only one fridge, lack of extra blankets, not enough chairs/silverware/hand towels/hangers) and some maintenance things that should really be addressed like the kitchen sink that makes crazy sounds, a salty ice maker, the door handle to the main floor balcony that doesn't really work and kept like locking people out/in, many electrical outlets that didn't work, etc.. We had a great time but for the price you pay, you shouldn't really have to deal with those things lol. So just be aware if you book this place and pack some extra things accordingly, or plan to hit Goodwill early in your trip and stock the place.

Beautiful rental and location

This was perfect for our large group with 6 bedrooms and baths. The space could use better simple amenities. No closets in some of bathrooms. No hooks in bathrooms. This is clearly a rental not a home. We had some issues with dishwasher and broken furniture but those were resolved quickly. Staff was friendly too. 1 block from beach. Pool area was great too!

Excellent property - 9/10

This property is exactly as advertised! Very spacious, clean and excellent amenities. The biggest pro was the proximity to the beach. I highly recommend this place for group travelers. Only concern I had was that we didn’t get the pool cleaned.

Great overall vacation home - wish it had been cleaner

This is a great condo in a perfect location for our family. Steps from the beach, plenty of space for 13 of us. However a couple of factors impacted our overall review. It was not as clean as we expected - sand on floors, walls dirty and scuffed, scotch tape on walls. Refrigerator took hours to cool. We called for service and were told this was common. However, they did send a service man who provided us with ice. They called back in the morning and sure enough the refrigerator was cooling properly. One space in garage was occupied with owner golf cart and beach stuff.

Great house!

We came with Three families (with 7 total kids), and had an amazing time. The place is spacious, great finishings, and the house is such good construction (sound proof, high ceilings, white finishes!). Location is across gulf blvd from the beach, but literally steps from beach access... can't beat the location! Communication with property manager was great! checkout and checkin was super easy. the pool was excellent! Warm, and such a nice vacation. Maybe a few items (IE coffee maker, grill) could be upgraded, but they all worked, and if we came back to SPI again, we'd try and stay here!

Family Reunion

The property is beautiful. A lot of room for a large group. Plenty of places to just hang out and visit. Loved the view of the ocean. Enjoyed the onsite pool and the fact the ocean was just across the street.

Perfect for small reunion

We had 3 families with multiple age groups. The kitchen was ideal to cook for 20 people. It was everything we need and everyone had their own space. Master bath was a dream!!! The beds were so nice! I will stay here again as often as I can! In fact, everyone said “we’ll be back!”

Short trip

The house itself its great modern and the location is literally in front of the beach. The problem was the issues with the wifi not working, trash cans full of trash even with worms, the propane tank was not fill until the last day of our stay.

Family trip

The property stated that they provided things like dish soap and towels. They did but it was one tiny bottle of dish soap and about 3 towels per room. There were no floor mats When walking in from door ways. There was no hose to wash off sand before walking inside. There were few pool/ beach toys. The property had a lot of space for guests. Lastly, all of the outlets connecting to the kitchen area did not work except for the ones connected to the kitchen island.

Awesome place

Property has plenty of space. A great location right across the street from beach. Plenty of dishes, cups, silverware, etc. a little short on the cooking utensils-pots, pans, containers, etc. Pool is very relaxing after a long hot day.
