La nostra suite è perfetta per vacanze brevi o lunghe. Una volta che prendi l'ascensore fino al 3 ° piano e apri la porta # 307, incontrerai una vista panoramica sull'oceano blu. Una volta dentro, noterai l'ampio balcone avvolgente della nostra unità angolare dove puoi trascorrere ore infinite godendo del bellissimo Golfo del Messico. La nostra camera da letto principale ha vista sull'oceano e un bagno privato interno. Inoltre troverai un'ampia zona giorno, cucina aperta con dispensa, lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size e TV in soggiorno e in tutte le camere.

La camera da letto principale è dotata di un letto king size con vista da parete a parete.

La seconda suite principale ha due letti matrimoniali e la terza ha due letti singoli.

Per tua comodità, abbiamo aggiunto un Baby Pack & Play Bed e un seggiolone.

Inoltre, il nostro condominio è dotato di cucina completamente attrezzata, televisione via cavo, Internet, lavatrice e asciugatrice e posto auto recintato.

Ocean Vista Towers è situato in posizione centrale a South Padre Island. Questo complesso condominiale di dodici piani si trova sul lungomare e tutte le unità si affacciano sullo splendido Golfo del Messico. Fantastic view. Clean and functional property with accurate photographs, although the living room photo for the listing does not do justice to the ocean view that this property provides. Beach and pool are steps away from the unit. Nice furniture on the deck for meals, morning coffee, evening cocktail. Great location with restaurants and a decent grocery store within walking distance. My wife and I enjoy cooking on vacation and the only reason I did not rate this property as excellent was because the kitchen was lacking a few common pieces of equipment and the kitchen knives were very dull.

Relaxing getaway

Very nice and spacious apartment, great view to the ocean. Very clean surroundings of property and friendly property managers.One suggestion: the coffee maker does not shut off automatically, could become a hazard if left unattended. Will plan to come back!

Super Costal Condo

Terrific condo! Beautifully decorated, clean, and roomie! Gorgeous view from the patio, just the right height to get a full view of the beach. Our two-year-old grandson loved the playground that is on the property. Great hot tub, regular pool, and kitty pool! Will definitely stay again!

Walls of Windows

This is our third stay with Ocean Vista/Blue Ocean Vacation. "Wall of Windows" is an open concept kitchen, dining and living space showcasing a view of the Gulf of Mexico and the sunrises are the jewel of Ocean Vista Condos. "Wall of Windows" kitchen is well stocked for preparing family dinners, plenty of seating for dining and family entertainment. Bedrooms are large and comfortable, three full baths means there's never a wait for showers after beach or pool time, washer and dryer are a bonus. We enjoyed the oversized, spacious patio/balcony but mostly my 11 month old granddaughter with plenty of area to roam in her walker. Absolutely cant't wait to get back to Ocean Vista Condos nxt summer : )

Wonderful place

This property is in a great location. It was close to multiple bar and grills that are only a short walk away. The property was well maintained. It is nice that is right on the beach so can enjoy either the ocean or the pool which is just steps away. The unit provides everything you need. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and having a refrigerator that had an ice maker was underrated so I didn’t have to go buy bags of ice all the time. The views from the living space and balcony was impressive. Washer and dryer in the unit was also a great perk. Overall a very nice place. You seriously only need to bring your clothes and cash. Everything else is ready for you. Great job Rosa for making it easy on your guests

Outstanding

The property was exactly as advertised. Excellent location right on the beach. Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. Owners were quick to respond when we couldn't get into the condo which was due to my error in not reading the instructions carefully. Would definitely stay again.

Girls Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location, beautiful views, spacious, and had all of the amenities we needed. We stated several times that we would stay at this property again in future trips to Soth Padre Island. Owners provided an app that contained everything we needed for this property for our stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Host

The condo was clean, nicely decorated and updated. The owners also provided beach towels, beach chairs. There was a nice supply of dishes, cookware and spices. Made it easy to settle in and enjoy our vacation.

My family has visited this property and specific condo multiple times over the last 5 years. The condition of the unit as well as the Ocean Vista grounds has been very consistently well maintained, which has kept us coming back.

Amazing Condo

As we walked in the door, the view through the wall of windows took our breath away. The next thing that caught our attention was how spotlessly clean it was. The place is beautifully furnished with comfy beds and seating. The kitchen is well stocked and chairs, towels and umbrellas for the beach are provided. My friends and I were very happy and satisfied with our relaxing stay at this amazing property. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

This is our second time staying at this property. It is perfectly located on a beautiful stretch of beach and walking distance to multiple restaurants. Perfect size for a trip with family and kids. Definitely the place to go if you want to an easy or quick trip to the beach.

Family Vacation 2023

I booked this condo for our family vacation. We used to be from the valley and it was the perfect location for family and friends to come visit my wheelchair bound mother. Everything was great until one of the bathrooms had a leak from the ceiling. Things happen, but I wish I had gotten some kind of refund for the lack of use of that bathroom and the inconvenience of having people in and out of the condo while on vacation.

Excellent Vacation!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The condo was clean and just as advertised. Nice property that was well maintained. The owners were helpful in answering questions and prompt with their responses. We will definitely look into renting there again!

Best place to stay on the island

We have been coming to South Padre Island for years and love to spend many weekends during the summer out at the beach. We have stayed in many other places until we found this condo. It is now the only place we stay! It is wonderful. Spacious condo for our family. Clean, well decorated, and stocked with everything you need. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. We love our time here.

This is the condo!!

Love everything about the condo. The view is amazing (corner condo). Property has pools, hot tub, and playground. Not overcrowded. Perfect place to see everything. We could watch our teens (13 & 14 yrs) in the pool, hot tub, and on the beach from our balcony or from inside the condo. The condo has everything you need to cook. It had beach toys, beach towels and chairs. We took our own beach tent, but they did have some beach umbrellas we didn’t use. We were able to wash and dry our clothes and towels, which was a lifesaver. The only thing I wish it had was a handheld vacuum. It did have a broom and dust pan and a large vacuum, but a handheld would have been more convenient and used quite a bit. They also have a box fan!! We brought our own (it’s the only in way we can sleep), but had we known we wouldn’t have. Never had to wait long for the elevator. Owners checked in with us by text and email to make sure we had everything we needed. We only had four people this trip, but it sleeps 8 comfortably. Plenty of pillows and blankets. A/C was cool the whole time. Restaurants and stores close by. We really enjoyed our stay!

Condo is at a great location with big windows and a balcony for a wonderful view of the beach. All 3 bedrooms are large and comfortable. A great value!
