With two full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space and privacy for everyone.

Nestled along Laguna Bay, the property features a lighted fishing pier, private boat docks, a fish cleaning station, and even a spot for windsurfing—all right outside your door. Just a five-minute walk brings you to South Padre’s endless sandy beaches, and you`re also within walking distance to local restaurants, shops, and island entertainment. Please note: Guests are welcome to use the BBQ grills by the pool area, but propane/charcoal is not provided. You’ll need to provide your own fuel.

As part of our commitment to providing a comfortable living environment, we supply an initial supply of toiletries upon move-in. This includes essentials such as toilet paper- one roll per bathroom, hand soap, dish washing soap, 1 dish washing pod, 1 wrapped sponge, 1 roll paper towels, 2 trash bags, 1 single use size shampoo/conditioner/lotion per / full bathroom, 2 disposable toothbrushes and 1 toothpaste per / full bathroom.
However, please be aware that any additional toiletries beyond the initial supply will be the responsibility of the tenant. We kindly ask that you manage your toiletry needs accordingly and purchase additional items as necessary.

-You must be at least 30 years old to book this condo.
-2 parking spaces available per condo rental.
-Boat slips are assigned by the office upon check-in.
