“The property was amazing. All the amenities were well worth it. It exceeded my expectations. Other than that I was not very pleased with the treatment from the staff. They told me that when I was attempting to check in at 2:30 PM that there were no rooms available that I had to come back. “Quality Inn has a policy in McDonough of charging a refundable damage deposit at the time of check-in. This is inconvenient, unneccsary, and insulting. I have travelled quite a bit, but this is unusual. I will not stay at this locarion again. The damage deposit policy probably costs the owner more in lost business than he will ever recover. It is also inconvenient and insulting to have to wait until the room is inspected after check-out to receive my deposit.”
