“I love the property! The area wasn't great, but the inside was really unique and eclectic. The furnishings are simple. For a no-fuss stay, definitely come here. I felt very safe even though the area had graffiti. ”

We had to endure the noise, so as not to get involved with a drunken company. But in general the impressions of the hotel itself are very pleasant.”

“We had a very good stay at The Pell. I found the hotel during an Expedia search and was impressed once we arrived. The staff was amazing, in particular the front desk staff and the breakfast server. Our room was clean and well appointed. There is plenty of onsite parking and location was perfect for travel between Bristol and Newport. ”

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at this clean and friendly hotel. We booked a room with multiple beds, which was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. The manager at the front desk was especially helpful and attentive to our family’s needs. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay there again.”

“Quando siamo arrivati il riscaldamento era rotto, nel senso che o riscaldava a temperature sopra i 50 gradi o doveva essere spento. Lo abbiamo fatto presente alla reception che ha fatto spallucce e detto che la mattina dopo avrebbero mandato qualcuno a sistemarlo (ma non e' successo). Il giorno dopo ci siamo poi trovati tutto il giorno chiusi in hotel a causa della tempesta di neve (questo non e' colpa dell hotel) - ma il personale non ha mosso un dito per cercare di alleviare la situazione...

“The room and accommodations were comfortable and quiet and the pool area was very nice. The biggest bonus though was the immensely pleasant and friendly staff. After a long trip accross the country, they were so kind and helpful and got us into our room quickly and with much needed humor and kindness. It was also really quick, cheap and easy to lyft around to the various areas of Providence. Highly recommend.”
