“The place is very cute. It's narrow as a train car would be but extra space appears to have added on so there is a large bedroom with bunk beds and an upstairs bedroom which is large and lovely. The beach was really nice and the water was warm. Duluth is a fun City to walk. There is a great walk along the shore and going downtown.”

“We used the house as a home base during our destination wedding in Duluth. We brought our dog with us and were happy that the streets were perfect for long walks! We had everything we needed in the house and the hosts even left us a wedding gift! We'll never forget our stay there! ”

“They have done a nice job setting up this little house. Four adults were very comfortable. Location worked out just fine! We did a little fishing and played some mini golf down the road a couple blocks. Grocery store and fast food conveniently close by. The 10-15 minute drive to Canal Park in Duluth was easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back!”

“This house was a great find. Plenty of space, clean, great amenities. Very quiet neighborhood-it’s the old rectory to the church next door, which is slated to be torn down. The new church is next door to that on the corner, there’s another house on the other side of you, and it’s across the street from a mostly undeveloped park with woods and trails. Very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We’ll look for it next year!”

The property is extremely well maintained, beautiful, very comfortable, and Drew is the most responsive host we’ve ever had. Looking at this listing isn’t enough - you have to hear it. I cannot recommend this property enough and will certainly be back. If I have clients headed to Duluth this property will have my highest recommendation! ”

“The only thing I didn’t like was the keypad lock on the door to the basement and that it didn’t have a separate deadbolt for the guest to feel secure. The front and back doors also would be better with a separate deadbolt locks for guest security. If the owner were to forget to change the code between guests or someone gets the code, we would’ve felt more secure being able to lock doors from the inside at night with a separate lock. “Such a peaceful place. Quiet despite nearby trains, you can't really hear them inside. Comfortable living spaces and beds, large kitchen, nice deck. Definitely would stay here again!!”
